francie sits at the edge of the building, kicking her feet. she hums a tune, heels clicking against the brick softly as she hums, tilting her head back and forth. waves of blonde sway as she hums.[break][break]

she's been at the tower for about half an hour. the ranger there before had just been relieved and now somebody else was coming to check on the tower in that ranger's absence.[break][break]

"hm?"[break][break]

her humming comes to a stop, her and her midday lycanroc, louie, look curiously toward a few trash cans. her brows furrow in concern, like she's seen a glitch in the matrix.[break][break]

"that think look like it moved to you too bud?"[break][break]

louie gives a low growl before getting up on all fours and making his way down the building in dewford where their coms tower was set up. his rock climb makes it easy for him to traverse the side of the building, just in time for francie to hear a new ranger coming up to the tower.[break][break]

she turns on her heel and smiles at the newcomer, but the smile fades when she sees his tattoos and is completely distracted.[break][break]

"whoa sir! that musta hurt... but they sure do look cool."[break][break]

she makes her way over, giving him a small smile before offering a hand to help him up. it's comical, considering that he's like twice her body weight and probably a foot or more taller than her five foot even stature.[break][break]

but if there's anything francie can do it's surprise somebody with her muscle mass. rock pokémon won't have a weak hiker, no sir![break][break]

there's no way in hell she would have ever thought she'd see somebody like say 'okie dokie' but it makes her all the more comfortable being around him. after all, she says okie dokie all the time![break][break]

louie is back up the wall, a rock climb again allowing him to climb up to the top of the tower, shaking his pelt free of debris. a small puff of dust forms around him before he walks over and plops down to sit on his haunches nest to his trainer.
