Masked up like this, he tended to be a lot more cryptic and a lot less straightforward about his plans. In this case, he felt pretty clear. But he just knew giada morgan and El Sunderland would be nodding their heads in agreement.[break][break]

Arceus. With his luck, as soon as he wormed his way out of Rocket, the mask'd start showing up in his closet and compelling him like the fucking Green Goblin. The only difference was, instead of compelling him to do crime and fight Spider-Man, it'd get him spouting off a bunch of well meaning yet vague advice.[break][break]

Poor Akira was about to unleash her rage, and Isaac couldn't even blame her. At the last moment, she bit her tongue and choked down the bile, retreating into a tent that she'd swiftly claimed as hers. "Wait, that one's-!"[break][break]

Fwip. Not there, don't care. The tent flap slammed as hard as one could possibly slam a tent flap. "-mine . . ."[break][break]

Ah well. Not like Isaac lingered around here long enough to call dibs half the time. Even his own home went unoccupied more often than not. He just smiled, letting out a weary laugh. "Guess that's my cue to hit the road again, eh, Del?" In response, Ditto formed into a thumbs up. "Glad you agree, buddy. Now, c'mon. Maybe if I'm quick, I can catch up with the birds . . ."[break][break]

With that, he slipped back into the darkness as quickly as he'd come. For the first time in ages, Akira would be left to her own devices. At least she'd have a backpack full of supplies, a gently used sleeping bag, and what looked to be a knife made of polished stone to keep her company.[break][break]

Oh. And a very confused looking Totodile. Couldn't forget that.

The tent was, despite being a tent, a safe space once the door flap closed. She found herself crumbling to her hands and knees, letting out an exaggerated sigh of relief as she slowly sunk to the ground. "Oh thank Arceus-" she found herself muttering quietly. "I'm alive- I'm alive- holy shit-"[break][break]

If only she wasn't tired beyond relief, she would have cried tears of joy right there- especially now that she was out of sight of her rescuer. No more acting, no more... being mean. She could just rest in peace and pray nobody comes to bother her.[break][break]

As she picked herself up off the ground with one hand, she looked around the tent. It smelled... interesting. Not exactly what she'd enjoy but at least it was subtle enough to be pleasant. And...[break][break]

She looked at the small airbed and sleeping bag. Was... that a Charizard Blanket?[break][break]

The small confused sound of a pokemon would cause Akira to whirl around and scream in surprise. Before... looking at them. Awh... that it looked cute... "S-shit I'm sorry" She apologized, before giving them a nice pat on the head. And- if it let her- she'd pick them up and comfort them.[break][break]

Because for the love of Arceus- she just needed something to hug that wasn't a fucking psychopath.
