"Eh?" Its a confused sound that escapes Akira as she looks at Isaac, as he seems to be- happy about the blanket? And whats the stupid look on his face... "I mean, yeah its warm." She responded with that familiar curt tone. "-I don't really plan on sharing either. You look warm in that-"[break][break]

And suddenly, he was gone.[break][break]

The one pillar of fucking sanity she'd found in this hellscape seemingly vanished into thin air, warning them of a threat that- well- she at this point couldn't quite keep her shit together for. Her single eye would become wide, filled with the same panic she'd felt in the snow just a few minutes before.[break][break]

"H-holy s-shit- are- are we-" bewildered and utterly convinced they were going to fucking die in this tundra, Akira tries to find anyone nearby that woulda actually listen to her. And, upon seeing people migrate move towards the general direction of a town-[break][break]

"-Is nobody phased by how utterly insane this is? We're all going to fucking die, aren't we?!"[break][break]

Oh god... not Isaac Merlo... he was just dead. They were so screwed...[break][break]

Eventually she was able to see the light of day- or, what she thought was day at least. She could hear the confused noises of Golurk, and- well, the semblance of a familiar mask standing on the surface of the snow.[break][break]

"-Thank -you -uh" ...shit, she didn't know his name, did she. No, wait- wait! "-Isaac.."[break][break]

Upon fully being out of the snow, she realized real quick that pure chaos was ensuing. What was this voice? Jesus, why was everyone throwing hands- wait, that was a stupid question. This was the freshest hell that she did not even want to bother comprehending. She was just too cold...[break][break]

As she begun to pull out a very familiar Charizard blanket from her backpack, she would throw it over her head and shoulders and begin to mutter quietly to Isaac Merlo. "-I have no idea what any of that means. But- shit, I'm cold. What are we even supposed to be doing anyways?" It seemed someone still lacked a semblance of tact.[break][break]

The amount of absolute confusion she felt was so utterly frustrating. That and- frustrated by her inability to be useful, only to be in the right place at the right time. Umbreon seemed to have protected them, but- she felt as if the snow had buried her. Wait- she couldn't breathe. Holy shit she couldn't breathe.[break][break]

She scratched at the darkness, only to find that her hand breached the surface of the weight holding her down. This dainty hand would stick out from a pile of snow near Isaac Merlo and his... friends? Though, he would hear a familiar but muffled noise. "H-help... I can't... see... anything...."[break][break]

A groan of a pokemon would be heard from the snow, as the upper half of a Golurk would appear from the snow, hearing the yelps of it's trainer and gently digging at the snow with a finger, trying to dig out Akira. Though, it was probably a good idea to help the gentle giant...[break][break]

Akira could not begin to describe how much she did not want to be here. After the whole caves incident, she had little to any interest doing anything even remotely related to physical activity- let alone anything dangerous. She barely got out of those stupid caves alive... Akira found it wise to travel among a group of individuals, most of which she didn't really know. Hopefully any of them had some semblance of use...[break][break]

The sound of rumbling would draw her attention to an incoming avalanche, causing a series of curses and annoyed noises to escape the woman. "....This has to be a joke, we just got here!" Akira exclaimed.[break][break]

Knowing that she couldn't do anything to shield herself from the avalanche by herself, she figured with a group effort they could put some form of defense against the avalanche...[break][break]

....A group effort she frankly didn't have much to contribute to. Unsure of what to do, Umbreon would be swift to act in her aid, using Protect to defend her trainer.[break][break]

It came out as an involuntary sound of confusion, not exactly sure what Seraphim was trying to say. "-You're crazy, there's no way they'll buy it. What is this, some kind of scene taken out of a shitty soap opera?" What was she, some fucking damsel in distress? She was already made out to be an idiot in front of the higher ups, the last thing she wanted to do was look more pitiful if she had to![break][break]

Akira's teeth would grit for a moment, attempting to think of another plan. But Seraphim seemed rather keen on this idea- the last thing she wanted was to be in hot water again.. "- Okay fine, But if you fuck this up your ass is grass."[break][break]

She sat herself down, slowly realizing that with a combination of Zoroark's illusions and this dude's fucking mixed vibes-[break][break]

"Ah! Oh- Oh Arcues-" As the sword was pointed at her, Akira found herself skidding backwards in shock. Whether she was truly acting, or actually surprised, that was left to Seraphim's imagination. Some words were eventually exchanged and, and the sword digging into her face didn't help. She tried to move away, but- part of the blade would draw blood.[break][break]

Oh Arceus- Oh Arceus- think think think. Play along with this shit otherwise she was worried this guy would kill her. "I- I didn't mean it, I swear! You've already beaten me!" Its a voice that contradicts her previously soft and level headed tone. And unlike before- Seraphim best believe she was acting to sell his stupid plan. "I- I already told you everything I know! Please, don't kill me!"

She didn't wanna work with him, she didn't want to work with him, she didn't want to work with him...[break][break]

This had to be some kind of cruel joke, right? They clearly were incompatible, and she'd literally told Cillian Quinn about how insanely reckless he was. She was told to go to Rustboro and report in for a task. But she didn't expect him to be here.[break][break]

"What are you, a child? I was asked about the mission, so I told them what happened." The abrasive nature of her personality was just as familiar as ever to Kouji. While they were hiding just a little aways from the Jewerly shop they were jumping, Akira was busy putting on a Ski Mask- eye patch included. As always she seemed rather careful about the ordeal- despite the anger dwelling in her gut that is.[break][break]

Looking up, Akira slowly reached for the gun. She took her time looking it over, attempting to identify parts to it. There was the safety switch, the trigger... man, this looked way more real in person...[break][break]

"thats fine, the quicker the better. As long as you don't go running off beyond grabbing the cargo-" Akira would undo the safety on the gun with a click, "-It shouldn't take more then approximately three minutes."[break][break]

She was beyond proud of herself with the poker face she wore. But- that didn't discount the utterly terror in her stomach. Right, she didn't have to shoot anyone... the quicker they got out the better. "-Do you want to lead or shall I?"

She.. didn't look that surprised when he revealed the new phone- one that was most certainty not his. "...Righttttt-" The deadpan look she gave him spoke volumes compared to her words.[break][break]

Ah- now he was about creating favors. She was quick to stand up, readjusting the blankets on her shoulders and brushing the dust off her pants. Ugh- she looked like she'd literally crawled out of hell- and so did he. Well, at least she didn't feel like it anymore.[break][break]

"Yeah- sure- whatever. I'm sure you and him can have a blissful chitchat when we get there," She found herself moving instinctively, taking a few strides forward and offering Milo support that wasn't the cavern wall. Gently she would grab one of his arms and up it over her shoulders, while using her other to wrap it under one of his arms. "-You can walk right? Because I'm afraid I can't like- carry you."

Nothing really eventful happened today. It rained, which sucked, and Chikorita slept, which also sucked. On the bright side (not literally however) the garden looks pretty good! It looks like it'll be done in a few days. With how bad the rain is today I won't be sticking around much to read. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
