Along with his two Pokémon companions the young man made his way to meteor falls. One would wonder why come to this place? And the answer would be a simple one. For training. Or more precisely for a spar. Having been feeling bouts of nostalgia lately he had put out a notice that he was looking for a sparring partner that could proficiently wield a blade. To his surprise his notice had been answered immediately and they had talked through email about the sparring match to set all of this.

He had wanted it somewhere where someone just couldn’t walk in on them. Because he didn’t want to risk someone getting hurt just because they had come across them. Though he doubted it would get that heated. After all it was only suppose to be a friendly spar. But it was still better to be safe than sorry.

After some discussion they decided to do it at meteor falls. One would think they would go to the sword school and see if they could train there but he hadn’t wanted to disturb the students who were actually learning. He just hoped his sparring partner didn’t think he was just being difficult. He had just been making valid points after all.

Reaching a good enough spot in the cave he motioned for his Pokémon to lay down. Keeping his sword strapped across his lower back he then waited for his partner. Having left his house pretty early he had gotten here earlier than scheduled but he didn’t mind waiting. While he waited he decided to do a bit of a warm up to make sure his muscles were loose.
