Summer has finally hit the region, warming up the land and making the flower bloom into their beautiful array of colors. A new season meant a new chance for the pink haired woman to attempt to get started on her dream of becoming a top coordinator and one of the best performers known around the world. Although she hasn’t had much luck recently, Eleanor was hoping this year will be different.[break][break]

Filled with a new wave of confidence, the woman bought a safari ticket when she heard of a rare pink pokemon being stocked in the wilds. And Ely being Ely, she had to have all the pink pokemon she could. Grinning ear to ear, the young woman skipped into the safari zone without a care in the world. It was a bright shining day, what else could a woman asked for. [break][break]

“Come on Rue,” she called out to her Sylveon, “Let’s go find that cute pokemon!” The Sylveon let out a meow, prancing after her human.

It was such a beautiful day outside. Large sapphire eyes observed as a flock of wild rookidee flew over them, chirping their songs without a care in the world. The smile that was already on her pink glossy lips shined brighter, skipping through the wilderness of the safari zone with her sylveon by her side.[break][break]

“Did you see that Rue? It’s a flock of rookidee.” Her hand rose, pink painted pointer finger nails followed them until she could no longer see them. Rue let out a pleasant meow, ribbons flexed with excitement. “I hope we get the pretties tinkatink,” the pink haired woman commented, hand fell back to her side as well as her gaze back on the trail, “I won’t expect anything less.” Her expression turned serious for a moment, only to return to a smile. Rue let out another meow.

The pair moved through the safari zone without a care in the world. Eleanor skipping along like a fresh school girl who just found out her crush likes her back with her sylveon in tow. In the distance, the woman spotted the dragon. However, it wasn’t pink so she wasn’t interested. “Come on Rue,” the woman called out, “let’s go check over there.”

Eleanor continued her venture further into the safari zone. And as she strolled through the wilderness, sapphire gaze spotted the wild nincada drifting on the breeze. Although she would never admit it, bugs are scary to her. Unless, they were pink. That one however, wasn’t pink. Ely passed for a moment, watching the wild pokemon float away from her on the summer breeze. And once it was out of sight, Eleanor kept her eyes peeled for what she wanted. Sylveon by her heels.

The pink haired woman was in such a great mood, she didn’t have a care in the world. She skipped through the safari zone, not really paying attention to anything other than her next step forward. In fact the woman was so lost in her own little world, she didn’t even noticed the wild galarian farfetch’d that sat just off to the side of the path she was walking. It watched her march right by, ignoring him entirety. It huffed, letting the trainer go. She didn’t look strong anyway.

The pink haired woman strolled through the safari zone, skipping to her own tone and humming her own beat. She was so last in her own little world, she didn’t see the ghost blade who spotted her. And without warning, the wild honedge came hurrying at her. It was the sylveon who noticed the attack, quickly sending a swift to redirect the blade that was surely going to hit her. Eleanor screamed, staring at the ghostly blade as it glared back.[break][break]

“What do you want? Why did you attack us?”[break][break]

Without warning, the aggressive pokemon charged at her again. Panicking, the woman launched a ball at it. She didn’t put much thought behind it, simply throwing something at the attack pokemon. She did alright. The ball hit, sucking the pokemon in and locking in place. The ball fell to the ground with a soft thud, wiggling in place. “Oh no,” the woman exclaimed, “I didn’t mean to catch it.”

The pink haired woman held her breath, hoping that the wild pokemon would somehow break out of the ball. Each second felt like a minute, each minute an hour. But on the last wiggle, the clicked of capture sounded off and it was confirmed. Ely frowned, feeling bad for capturing the pokemon when she didn’t want it. Then again, it wasn’t her all her fault. The darn thing attacked her for no reason! Shoving the ball into her pocket, blue orbs turned to her sylveon. The smile still hasn’t returned to her face.[break][break]

The sylveon let out a long meow, longest ribbons reached out to cup the young girls chin. That brought a small smile to the human’s face. Rue let out another meow, strolling up to the trainer and rubbing her face against her hand. Eleanor smiled, gingerly petting her pretty sylveon. “You’re right Rue,” she mumbled softly, “It’s no problem. We’ll find a home for it.” Rue let out a happier meow.[break][break]

Her gaze lifted, new wave of determination on her face. And just as she looked up, eyes widened at the sight of the pokemon she came here for. “Look Rue!” A hand rose, pink painted nail pointed to the pink hammer pokmeon. “There it is!” Ely ran straight up to the wild tinkaton, kneeling down next to it. “You are so cute.” The tinkaton titled its head to the side at her and blinked. “Please join my team.”[break][break]

Without any warning, Ely pulled out a sphere and tapped it on the head. Stunned, the tinkaton got pulled in and locked away. Eleanor squealed, holding the ball tightly. “We will be friends for ever! PELASE LOVE ME BACK!!!”
