Used his skills in smuggling in order to move up to the rank of Executive, but stalled there. He recruited two of his children to join rocket, but left after the Coup D'etat against Silas.

PERSONAL SECRETS

Eighteen years of age, with three older siblings that had left due to an abusive home, only Kouji left behind. Shuuji had raised his children in order to act as stepping stones for him to reach the top, yet only one remained behind. Yet, Kouji, on the day that his father had withdrawn from Rocket, had taken the ‘traitor’ down many pegs.

With a number of murders underneath his belt, and a number of other crimes unstated, he still acts as if he’s someone who naturally fits into normal society. Yet, each thing he does during his day is made to accelerate the time doing menial tasks to almost nothing. He blends his food in order drink it fast, cold showers to jump out faster, having the same clothes because they’re the easiest to put on.
