"It's not as easy as it sounds." Vee said while her grin turned into a pout at Marshall. While not a touchy subject, it was still nothing short of embarrassing to admit that somebody didn't know how to catch Pokémon at her age due to a scale of factors. Her eyes whisked away from Marshall as she crossed her arms underneath her chest. "I never had to catch any of my Pokémon. Noodle did it to himself and Thrasher was a birthday gift. I haven't even told Keira. That's how personal this is." He did step off his bike and give a confident little smirk, which only caused the girl's smirk to widen.

"You're a lifesaver, Marshall!" she said and took out Thrasher's Pokeball and followed the other guy around as he'd show her the ropes. "You take the front and I'll watch for the first one." The two were off as they began to walk around the outskirts for a bit in search of a wild Pokémon. It didn't take long for their hunt to yield the first of their hunt: A Scrafty that would growl at their approach. Her finger shot towards the fighting type as Vee looked to the co-founder of ORTHRUS.

"Found one! Now what're you doin' first? I suppose you can't just throw a pokeball at it and it'll go quietly..."

Marshall had put on quite the little display for the little mechanic. Vee watched as the co-founder of the gang gave her a pretty brief rundown on how Pokemon were caught. He had her full attention, with the girl's eyes bouncing from his Garchomp across from the Scrafty that was picking a fight with it. Marshall made quick work of the thing as she nodded her head along with him. So putting it to sleep and more would work, but then again, beating the stuffing out of it would work even better. The rogue fighting type was caught and Downshift seemed peppy enough for such a wild Pokémon win.

"Huh, seems easy 'nuff." Vee said, rolling her head around her shoulder. The pink tendrils of hair fell along with her as she gave him a more confident nod. "My turn! And I know who's gunna snag a big one." One Pokeball toss later and Noodle, the Dunsparce, would be ready to go. It let out a soft cry and waggled away as the girl started searching around in the brushes for any Pokémon. It was probably a pretty risky idea for her to go out and pick fights like this, but what good was being in a gang if bad decisions weren't included? It didn't take long before she stumbled across a lone Sableye, digging around in the ground. The perfect prey.

"Alright, Noodle. Let's get to work!"

The Dunsparce swaggled (yeah, it's a verb!) towards the dark type as it hissed and bore its claws. She tried to recall what Marshall said about status effects. One of them would definitely come in handy here. "Hey, Noodle, Yawn!" The Dunsparce would let out a soft Kyuuuu~, opening its mouth wide as the Sableye would begin to grow more sluggish. It went to slash the Normal type, although before it could even lay a claw on the Dunsparce, it would fall to the ground, asleep. Vee went around to get a Pokeball and toss it at the Sableye, landing with a click as she pumped her fist. "Heh, nothin' too it!~" she cheered, glancing over towards Marshall again. "C'mon, let's go hunt for more! I wanna get cooler Pokemon like you and Magnus."

Noodle let out a noise as she rolled her eyes, picking her special boy up. "I didn't mean it like that. Nothin's as cool as you, Noodle."

"Nothin' to it when ya've got the best teacher in the gang~" The two continued scouring through the brush as Vee bounded along in search of another Pokemon to catch. Noodle slithered through the grass in front of her as she listened to Marshall's question. "Nothin' really in specific. I was just seein' what's out here was all. I'd kill for one of them Cyclizars though." She grinned wide at the thought of riding it around one day. During her fantasies, she tripped on something nearby and landed face first on a patch of grass. Whatever she had tripped over would begin to shake as a massive form would grow from the bushes. Vee spat out some grass just in time to see the massive form of Hydreigon looming over her.

"Oooh, this one's real nasty lookin'. Hit 'em with Drill Rush!"

The Dunsparce lunged into action,, tackling into the dragon type and stabbing his tail into the beast. It proved to be more of an annoyance than anything, as the Hydreigon would slowly flap itself into the air with Noodle as Vee would gasp. "Get back here!" she called out, sprinting after the two as she dove and held onto the wild Pokémon's tail. The sudden upset in balance would force the large bodied Pokemon to fumble about while it rose higher and higher into the air. The three heads would all latched onto Noodle, who was doing its best to wriggle out. Vee felt the ground beneath her vanish as her grasp on the tail, now flailing all around in an attempt to rid itself of her, was was failing. "Noodle!" she called out. "Hyper Drill the main head!"

The Dunsparce's tail would be pumped full of energy, growing to a massive size as it was raised high in the sky before coming down onto the Hydreigon's main head. The impact was enough to knock it unconscious as the form would fall back to the earth only a few short feet above. Noodle had slipped out of its grasp as Vee caught him midflight and shielded him from the fall. Thankfully, they'd land on the unconscious Hydreigon with a thud and roll off to side while Vee held up an empty pokeball and threw it against the wild Pokémon.

"That looked pretty cool, huh?"

"Heh, yeah, that'll be fuckin' sweet. The whole lot of us on Cyclizars~"

She was still recovering from the impact of the landing, as the young mechanic would grin up at the older male. Her arms shook and slooooowly pushed her body up to sit upright. "I didn't know you had a twin, Marshall. And he looks way like you." She said grinning, forcing herself back up to her feet. Vee may have almost fallen but quickly caught herself. She couldn't stand the idea of being any more of a pain in the ass to the gang than she already was. So she'd brush off that little fight and exhale. "Lemme rest some after that. Sorry if I worried ya. Nobody's carrying Noodle off without makin' sure I'm dead first." The Dunsparce waved it's wings a bit as Vee picked him up to her face and gave him a quick squeeze before setting him down. They sat down on some comfortable looking rocks for a bit as Vee looked to Marshal with a curious look.

"So I never really got to ask. How'd you meet the boss?" Vee asked, referring to their loveable pack of muscle and love for anything canine related, Jack Magnus . I only know about ORTHRUS after you guys came here. Anythin' beyobd that's out of my league." Nearby, a few pokemon would wander about, with a squid-like one bobbing up and down as Vee's eyes fell onto it, but she didn't seem too interested.
