It all started with some milk.[break][break]

It's gonna sound really weird, but Magnus had been seeing some other prime suspects for some less-than-savory activities. Man isn't exactly closed about his pursuits, and none know more so than Jasmine Blair. Whether it Juliet Yearwood, Leilani Ka’uhane, or any other of his pursuits, he always made sure that when they accompany him for fun, the gang knows what is up.[break][break]

So imagine the hypocrisy, when Magnus heads home to the hideout, having gotten some milk after his gym workout, and hears banging in one of the bedroom walls. He hears the moaning voice of Jasmine. It's like a wildfire in his mind.[break][break]

See. Magnus is perfectly loyal to his crew. He can do whatever he wants, but the moment some limp-dick bitch comes around sporting a half-chub and goes anywhere near them, Magnus immediately becomes the Guard Dog. In fact, he was sure some of the others knew that jealous guard dog mannerism the most when it came to Jasmine.[break][break]

And he doesn't. Know. Why.[break][break]

Lo and behold, he sat on the couch. Every moan, every single time he heard a voice, he would get angry. He grabs the stress ball he remember someone gave him- he doesn't know who, and he squeezes. He squeezes. He squeezes in the same rhythm to the sound of the rocking mattress.[break][break]

Beats breaking a wall again over her.[break][break]

Coco and Latte are trying their best to stay out of it, but both registered service Pokemon push onto Magnus to try and calm him down. Though no one can calm Magnus down at all in these moments, because one of two things was going to happen.[break]
A: The guy in there was getting tossed out a window.[break]
or[break]
B: Jasmine and him would have a big, terrible fight.[break][break]

So here he sits. A vein popping on his forehead, a sign to his fury to come. But quiet, it sits building, boiling over. Because the moment that door opens.[break][break]

Magnus was gonna kill him.

It wasn't that Jasmine was purposefully hiding anything from Jack Magnus. The matter of the fact was, he hadn't been there when the decision was made to bring someone home. And she didn't expect him to be back when she was done.[break][break]

So, imagine her surprise when she came out of her room, hair still tousled, wearing her underwear and an oversized shirt as she led her companion out to the door and spotted him. "Shit," she muttered softly to herself.[break][break]

Jazz led her company quickly to the door, saying goodbye with a smile and whispering something softly with a giggle as she shut the door before Magnus could get a chance to do anything. Because she knew if he had the opportunity, he was going to raise hell.[break][break]

And it was unfair.[break][break]

Her bare feet were soft against the floor as she slipped to the kitchen to grab some water, chugging it down with a quick sigh before splashing her face.[break][break]

"Talk, before you have a stroke. Your face is as red as one of these apples," Jazz said plainly, wiping her face with a towel and sighing.

The moment the door opens... she looks like a mess. And it wasn't from him. Magnus the Guard Dog came out, and he was growling right away, his golden eyes viciously watching the person leave. And it was only due to Jasmine that he let it happen. They were allowed to walk, and it was by the grace of her, and not anyone else.[break][break]

Because if it were up to Magnus, the man would have called an ambulance for what he'd do.[break][break]

So when she begins to speak, getting her water, he takes a breath finally, calming down his nerves, and standing up, a tall giant as he approaches her. He says it like it is. "Care to explain who that was?" Anger slants his brows down, fury fills his fists.[break][break]

But he would never. Ever. Hurt Jazz.[break][break]

The stress ball in his hand was squeezed hard, real hard. "In our HQ, no less... I mean nothin' to you? Huh?" He raised his voice. He would at least do that. But the sheer hypocrisy was written on the walls. The fact that he could sleep around, and she couldn't...[break][break]

Shit wasn't fair, but to Magnus? That was fine by him. Feelings were left for the couples. They were boss and employee.[break][break]

Even Magnus didn't fully believe it. But he's so furious, he could go out, find that guy, and break his ankles. "They're lucky they get to leave here in one piece." She knows he would never do that in front of her. Well... probably.[break][break]

Speaking up apples... Jasmine plucked one from the bowl, rinsing it off and drying it before crunching into it. The taste was sweet and juicy, satisfying. So much unlike this conversation she was about to have with Magnus and the sex she had with the man she just sent out.[break][break]

Not like he needed to know, since it would blow his ego into the sky.[break][break]

"Is it really any of your business who that was, Magnus? All you need to know is he's gone and won't be coming back any time soon," Jasmine replied cooly, taking another bite.[break][break]

Except this time, his words made the apple taste bitter. She placed it on the counter with great force, enough to bruise the bottom part of the fruit. Turning her head, she spat out the bite she had in her mouth before giving him a dangerous glare. Her green eyes were burning.[break][break]

"What the fuck does that mean, Jack?" she prompted, placing her hands on her hips. "So you can bring all these people into the headquarters to fuck senseless, but I bring one guy in, and all hell breaks loose? You can fuck someone, but I can't?"[break][break]

"They're lucky they get to leave here in one piece." Jazz scoffed, rolling her eyes and stepping away from him. "I can't believe you. You're ridiculous!"

Like hell it's not, this is his whole business. This is HIS business. It's all his business. That man that just left was all up in HIS business.[break][break]

"He won't be coming back, period." It's a proclamation of exactly what was going to be going down. The law, Magnus' law. His influence, and when he said something, he usually meant it.[break][break]

When the apple drops, his demeanor shifts entirely.[break][break]

A vein pops on his forehead, and a snarl pushes from his lips. "Actually, yeah. That's exactly what it fucking means." Why was that even a problem? He could have sex whenever he wanted, whoever he wanted, but Jasmine was his, so what the hell was the problem? There's nothing toxic about that in his head. It's that fucking obvious, how is she still not getting it? This is how the world worked now. She worked for him, and she fucked for him.[break][break]

And then she takes the step away. And something in him bends.[break][break]

And his hand grabs her wrist. And something in him beats.[break][break]

And he pulls her close to him. And something in him needs.[break][break]

His arms wrap around her, his golden eyes close when he pulls her to the kiss, and he holds her tighter, hoisting her up. He doesn't think, he doesn't need to think anymore. This was the auto-pilot in his mind. And after a minute of what must have been that dripping liplock, he says it.[break][break]

Soft golden globes are staring to her greens.

"That's not how that works, Jack, and you know it!" she yelled at him, jabbing one of her fingers into his chest. "You're being a complete hypocrite. I followed all the rules, and now you're trying to twist them on me."[break][break]

Jasmine's face was turning red, anger boiling in her blood as she met his golden glare with her own green one. She was full of rage, and she was only mere seconds from exploding. He just had to say one more stupid thing, and she'd go off.[break][break]

Point, trigger, boom.[break][break]

"You did not just say that. I swear to fucking Arceus, I'm going to—"[break][break]

But Jazz wasn't able to say what she wanted to say. Because as she had stepped away, as she was getting ready to grab the nearest thing to throw at him and speak her mind, Magnus's strong hand grabbed her arm. And the next thing she new, her body was hoisted into the air, and his mouth was on hers.[break][break]

And, fuck, he felt so good against her. Magnus was firm muscle and heat, and his mouth knew exactly how to explore her. She was suffocating, and she didn't even care as she dug her hands into his hair and pulled him close. Jazz didn't care if she'd leave marks or yanked out a wad of gray hair in the process.[break][break]

Her chest heaved as she caught her breath once he removed his lips from hers, speaking again. She was still angry, and her eyes showed it. "Why does it matter, Jack?" she breathed, digging her heels into his spine.[break][break]

"Fuck you," she sighed, grabbing his face to pull him close again.

Magnus has no idea why he was so mad, but now that he had Jasmine where he wanted her, in his arms, where she belonged, their liplock was messy and sloppy, and Arceus it felt good. Better than a lot of the women or men he brought home. She knew how to run with the wolves.[break][break]

But when he breathes, when she breathes, and she responds, he growls. He doesn't know why it matters. Why does he care about one stupid, irritating, arrogant, sexy, beautiful, brilliant, gorgeous, amazing woman? He can't connect it.[break][break]

He doesn't need to. When she grabs his face closer, and says Fuck you, it's almost immediate. When her heels dig in, he growls loudly, like a lion who is fighting for the lioness.[break][break]

"That's the plan."[break][break]

She'd be walking funny the rest of the day, and he knew it. Because Jasmine didn't moan like she did for him. He knew that much, because if she moaned like that, Magnus wouldn't have let the man walk out. The only one who can make her reach that high was him. And both of them knew it.[break][break]

Toxic as it was, the moment the door slammed, Magnus knocked things over constantly the whole way to the bed. Once they found their way there, and their lips played their sloppy game again, he'd undress that limp-dick's shirt from her.[break][break]

Only one that needs to be on her is his.[break][break]

But first he'd reclaim what belonged to him.

It pisses her off even more that he doesn't give her an answer. Typical Jack fucking Magnus, trying to avoid the question and get on with the action. She gritted her teeth, narrowing her eyes at him before he consumes her again.[break][break]

Or glass in his feet, from the sound of things falling onto the floor of her room as he fumbled his way there with her in his arms. The door was slammed shut, and soon she felt the familiar mattress under her back again. Her sheets were already a mess from earlier, not that it mattered to her.[break][break]

The oversized shirt was tossed side, leaving Magnus to be the only one left with much to work on getting off. Jazz reached up and practically ripped his tight shirt off his head, not gentle at all as she threw it aside before laying back.[break][break]

"Hurry up," she demanded.

How many times had they been through this? He doesn't remember. It felt like just yesterday, they were just getting in that bedroom and causing other members to groan with how cute they were, and tomorrow was just another bickering, jealousy contest between them. What he does know is that Jasmine felt better in his arms than he knew she felt in that limp-dick little fucknugget. And as far as he was concerned, that was where she belonged.[break][break]

Jasmine was worn out at that point. She no longer had it in her to be angry or to fight with Magnus. What she wanted was just this — TLC and maybe some pizza or something.[break][break]

She was still coming down from her high, her eyes closed and face looking rather content, as he gripped her tighter. There was a soft whine that left her lips, being jostled from her comfortable position.[break][break]

However, Jazz still opened her eyes, shifting ever so slightly so she could look at him hazily. Listening, she heaved a loud sigh before sitting up with some effort. She stretched out her arms before resting one against his arm.[break][break]

"Magnus, I understand you get... jealous. But you and I, we aren't a thing. You're not my only partner. We see each other, but we aren't exclusive. You've made that plenty clear. And if you're going to keep bringing men and women home, I will too."[break][break]

She settled back against his side, resting her head on the pillow and draping her arm around his neck to play with his hair.[break][break]

"I don't belong to you. I'm not property. I'm my own person. You have to understand that. You can't keep exploding and trying to kick someone's ass every time they try to touch me. If you don't want to ask me out on a date and be an exclusive pair, I'm not going to stop."[break][break]

It was simple as that. "I care about you, Mags. I know you care about me. But this can't keep happening, the hostility and the hypocrisy."

Maybe in a moment of clarity, if Magnus were a better man, he'd tie her down now. The unfortunate truth of their relationship was, however... it wasn't like that. He couldn't find it in his heart to quit. He liked it too much. He loved to slam, he loved to jam. But it drives him crazy.[break][break]

He doesn't want exclusivity if it works on him too. But seeing her with other people... he loved feeling her hands in his hair, to play with it. He wanted that to keep happening. The unfortunate truth was, Jazzy would find someone else, and-[break][break]

If he weren't so tired, he'd get angry again at the thought.[break][break]

His grip tightens when she finishes, and he holds onto her. Maybe in his clarity, he was going to come through, say something cheesy and keep her as his woman. Hell, it was on the tip of his tongue. But he relents. He pulls back. He retracts himself from her.[break][break]

"... yeah. You're right." He sighs upwards, and grabs at his face. What was wrong with him? Jazz was right a lot. So was Keira. So was Lani. Hell, Vee was too. Most of the time, the ladies had it right, and maybe he should get it through his head. But the lesson isn't learned correctly.[break][break]

"I'll try not to explode at the next one you bring home." But he pulls her atop of him, and looks her in the eyes, and a weird, off, longing look shows in his golden gaze.[break][break]

"But I'll be sure you never forget the shape of my dick."[break][break]

It was at least... somewhat moving forward? Sure, he won't be totally happy with it, but at least after they finish, he'll just have to take what's his again. Even if she wasn't his property... she was his... his...[break][break]

What was she to him? Looking in her eyes, he doesn't have an answer. Just more jealousy and confusion.

If there was any sliver of hope that Magnus would change his mind and say yes... that he'd take her hand and conform to a monogamous relationship... it was washed away by the rolling tides. It floated away to sea, lost in the depths and drowning without hope of rescue.[break][break]

Jasmine wasn't upset. She expected as much from him. But she couldn't help feeling the familiar flare of disappointment in her chest as the conversation shut down again. It always went like this. And she knew she'd never get anywhere.[break][break]

So, instead of getting down in the dumps and crying over a stupid boy like other girls would do, Jasmine savored her time with him. Because she knew that at least he would come back to her, like a song on repeat. Old reliable. No matter the situation, it always seemed that they were drawn to each other.[break][break]

He was her north pole, and she was his south, like magnets.[break][break]

"Try hard. Because I won't hesitate to sucker punch you in the jaw next time. Or freeze you with Hellebore or Camellia," she threatened, though it was lighthearted as she giggled.[break][break]

With his strength, Magnus was easily able to pull her onto his chest. She settled there like she always did, rested her head contently where she could hear the strong beat of his heart.[break][break]

"I think I've got it memorized already, thank you very much. You're not exactly sparing on how often you ask for a good pounding," Jazz said, lifting her head back up to meet his gaze.[break][break]

It was like. Magnets or somethin'. Always attracted, always brought back to her. No matter how many his conquest had, no matter the people he ran the train through, no matter how many he wanted, he can't deny that Jasmine was a heaven, a dream he'd never wish to wake from. Her on him. It was electricity. Like. Magnets, bitch, you know? He felt complete.[break][break]

Her threat wasn't idle. He knows that. Even in her giggle, he smiled a little more... knowing that in her usage of the word 'good pounding', she loved it every bit. "God damn right you do." Every time they stoked the flames, it made it harder to leave them to embers.[break][break]

When she could hear the beat of his heart, it was easy to hear it quicker than usual. Maybe a telltale sign that the tides really were changing?[break][break]

Because in his staring, he just... he couldn't tear away from her. When she finally asked what, he came to. "Nothin'." Part of him immediately wanted to say, you got some on your face, but... he didn't care. Magnus would have lied. He ran a hand through her beautiful brown locks, and just closed his eyes.[break][break]

"I'll order us pizza. Stay here and let me order." He reaches for his phone with one long hand, his other hand resting on her posterior. He wanted her to stay here, atop of him.[break][break]

Whether or not Jasmine would admit she could hear his heart beating faster, she wouldn't say. She'd psych herself out, putting it to the fact they'd just had mind blowing sex and were on the cool down.
