Elisabeth Fiorelli, aka the florist, might have a different aesthetic than what he thought she originally would, but it all falls down to the same trope of people luring their victims in their homes before they do the inevitable, but instead of edgar allan poe, it's more of a hansel and gretel kind of story.

"come on, alpha, there's no time to waste around," he tells his mightyena.

the mightyena terastalizes in defiance, giving itself a poison-type crown before it runs off to investigate whichever scent it notices next.

shortly after, kyle is led to the source of the mightyena's excitement.

the mightyena starts to prod on the bulbasaur with its paw, with the grass-type retaliating with its own toxic to stave it off. unfortunately, the terastalization is a concept alien to wild pokemon so the bulbasaur doesn't realize what's wrong.

"i told you we're on the clock," he reminds his mightyena. "can you make it quick?"

the dark-type gets into play mode with the bulbasaur, with the mightyena using piles of sludge on the ground like a mud bath. the pawing starts to get aggressive as they were with other pokemon back at home, but the bulbasaur wasn't taking it.

the moment it takes down the mightyena, the pokemon accidentally retaliates with an ice fang. it freezes the bulbasaur on its tracks, and as it tries to thaw it out with fire fang, kyle steps in with a pokeball quick.
