[attr="class","leymain"]He saw something faintly blue in the deeper water and high stepped out to grab it. Then his foot slipped down wet rocks and he fell onto his back with a splash, thrashing and flailing as he sank down past the lip of the drop off--

--and then something was pressing him upward, and he spluttered water into the sunlight as the Wailmer lifted him up on its back.

“F-fishie fishie?!” he coughed, incredulous as the whale cooed beneath him, nuzzling him closer to shore. He slid off its back and turned, waiting for it to Free Willy and swim away… but it stayed, beaming up at him with trusting eyes.

Raph patted it on the head.

“Good-- good Fishie. That’ll do, Fishie. That’ll do.”
