Little squeaks manifested with each step in her boots, heading into the workshop with Calpurnia Kubrick. It was an absolute trainwreck, but she would quickly run up to the pokegear that sat on the table. What, it was pink and all the other colors in the room were drab.

"Look, the pokegear has a weird symbol on it, kinda like when two donuts overlap each other in the box and make like.. an eight. But geometric," the gothic star would lean on the workbench, looking intently at the symbol. Usually, there would be another one here, a silph symbol- but it didn't, and was certainly fried. Maybe it would be fixable, but Starstar was getting the most rancid and weird vibes from this entire setup and its surroundings.

Just what was this weird place supposed to represent, a busy woodshop man with a habit of missing his calls? "Whaddya think we should do about this pokegear? I'm leaning towards dousing it with gasoline and a cherry match on top, but it's your call Calpurnia." She'd look around the room and spot some bats and some gasoline, but there looked to also be some spare pokegear parts in a box just over there. Star was morbidly curious as to what the pokegear could have on it, but arson was arson.

Heeding the request of Calpurnia, the goth would hold the last little bit of the construction project within her gloved grasp. It seemed her companion in the simulation was the curious type, and she couldn't complain; whatever was on this phone had to be important in some way or fashion. Starstar would hold to her life's content, trying not to screw with anything due to her little temporary fixation.

After a little bit, it was fixed and all seemed to be chill- but a somewhat static-imbued voice would flow outwards with a message. Backing up and looking around for anything that could be used as a weapon around the dilapidated workshop, Starstar would seem rather faintly uneased than full-out panicking due to the ominous nature. There was more of a curiosity there, because just maybe just maybe this alleged Maldacenia Nut could be watching in on the pair- kinda creepy.

"I wonder what other messages Maldacena will have for us here, we should keep it with us or something," She'd walk over to the freshly fixed Pokegear and pick it up, "..we can't just waste what you spent so long fixing. I'll put it in my pocket, but if you'd rather hold onto it be my guest. And thanks for fixing it."

Starstar pockets the pokegear and leans on the table, awaiting what would come next in the bounds of the simulation.

Reality had shifted, bringing Starstar and her accomplice to a simulation resembling that of Mauville City, a place she would often go for street performance as a clown before her official indoctrination to Team Rocket. But why here? The workshop that the two had found themselves in was rather generic and unspecific, but any Hoenn resident could feel at home at the shopping complex at the heart of the region. It was kinda weird, but she would advance through the halls, looking back at Calpurnia every few moments. They would lead the two toward Relic Red, that one clothing store.

"Kinda weird, maybe the DRK Triad likes fancy clothes~" She would chum curiously, momentarily perusing the display case as a voice would call out to them from the closest alley. Starstar would immediately notice the dark hues of maybe eccentric makeup under the stranger's eyes, looking back at Calpurnia once she heard the offer. He looked grunge but in a professional way, perhaps if she weren't only fond of women, she'd find him quite cute- maybe in another life. She'd wonder what her fellow rocket member perceived him to be, simulation or not.

Eyes on the flipping coin, Starstar would clasp her hands together and tilt her head in curiosity. "Gimme tails," A confident burst of request, it felt like slow motion as he'd flipped it upwards. The clown wished nothing more than to outsmart the simulation, even if it was not possible; a box full of tails would be much more pleasurable than a box full of heads if the RKS System were to give them a darker turn of events, after all.
