A Charizard frantically flew towards where the Submarine was docked. On her back slumped the bloody, wounded body of Dorian Westcliff. Upon spotting the first group of grunts, the Charizard landed, crying out for their help.

Once Dorian was taken off her back, and brought to the Medical Bay, the Charizard followed as deep as she could into the corridors of the Submarine.

Bryan snorted himself awake, the sleep was deep enough that it felt like two months had passed by before grunts clamored into his napping area. Or better known as the infirmary since had kicked him out of napping in his lab, the plant life there made it cozier, crispist air in the sub.[break][break]

At least this place had better drugs. [break][break]

Bryan stands up as a charizard clamored in with an injured person he hadn't recognized immediately. "Get him on the bed, I'll tend to him." he says as he looks at some of the medical equipment...before realizing he knew how none of it worked, where was when you needed him. [break][break]

As the charizard leaves him on the bed, Bryan tosses the equipment to the side and manifests a ball of infinity energy and starts to let the infinity energy wash over the man and close his wounds.

As requested by the Avatar, the Charizard set her wounded master on the table. She would step back and allow the man to work on him. She found it strange that the Avatar tossed aside the equipment, only to use some kind of power to heal his wounds.

The mad dog grunted in pain, eyes opening as he looked up at a face that was all too familiar to him.

"Beast Delarosa. Sorry you have to see me this way.", the Mad Dog greeted the Lifebringer.

Even if he didn't recognize Dorian immediately, there was no mistaking someone who held the title he coveted. And given his loyalty to Rocket, as well as his vicious ways, he was someone the Mad Dog respected.

"It's fine. People get injured in our line of work." he says as he kind of just shrugs it off, he didn't mind lending energy since eventually it always just came back. [break][break]

"Comes with the turf..." he says as he starts to stare at him "Hey don't you run a night club? The fuck is it called?" he asks as he snaps his fingers several times at himself as he tries to remember the name of it. Though the Lifebringer handwaved off what happened, Dorian couldn't help but feel embarrassment. It wasn't something as understandable as a skirmish with a member of the League, or a rival criminal faction. No, he allowed himself to be shanked by the girl he considered a daughter. Punishment for going against her wishes.

Dorian had to resist the instinct to chastise him for his coarse language. Instead, he focused on the man's question. "Yes, the Burning Maw, in Rustboro.", Dorian told him. "You come over to drink rather frequently, and yet you never step foot in the VIP area.", the Mad Dog remarked.

As a fellow Rocket, let alone one of their vaunted Beasts, the all the man had to do was ask, and he'd be given the VIP treatment.

"My name is Dorian Westcliff, by the way. I was once one of Silas' Four Beasts. But that was practically a lifetime ago. Now I perform - acquisitions and liquidations for Rocket.", he'd tell the Avatar.

Dorian chuckles at the man's response. "Well, the VIP lounge is rather quiet, less chance of interacting with the riff raff on the floor. But if low key's more your style, I can respect that.", he'd respond to the Beast.

Dorian frowned upon the inquiry of Silas. "A very angry, and bloodthirsty man. Lead Rocket like a warband, razing everything in sight, lashing out at the world for the misfortune he faced.", he'd tell Bryan plainly. "Crossed many lines that I myself could never cross. Man had no qualms about killing children.", Dorian continued, his tone both horrified and disgusted. "No respect for those that served under him."

came to mind. After finding out what Silas put his best friend through, Dorian lost all respect for Silas. If the man hadn't died in Verdanturf, before Dorian found out, then Silas would've found himself in the Mad Dog's crosshairs.

"I'll be honest, one would think that none of the higher up in rockets would respect those that were underneath them in status. However im glad it seems to have improved a bit since then." he says as he always knew that , , new and former higher ups usually respected the younger rocket members. [break][break]

Bryan only respected them because they served a purpose for him, trash was meant to be thrown out after it was no longer useful.

If Dorian knew about how he treated Hideo, Dorian wouldn't be happy. But then, what could Dorian do against the Lifebringer? The man was a Beast, and Dorian was just a rank and file Executive.

"I'm not just talking about the rank and file. Man had no respect for his own Brass. His Underbosses and Admins weren't safe from his wrath. Let alone us Beasts.", he'd elaborate, fists clenching.

"To think I served him loyally. I mourned his death in Verdanturf. If I knew what he did to Chu-e, I'd have caved his head in myself!", Dorian suddenly blurted out.

Despite his attempts to calm himself, Dorian was unable to shake the rage that consumed him. Memories he once cherished, tainted by the revelations he faced. The ailments his best friend faced, all because of the man they served under, the man that made them Beasts.

"He shipped Chu-e off to be a lab rat for Kalos Branch. It served as his prison, where they conducted wretched experiments on him. And though he didn't share specifics about what they did to him, it left him in the horrid shape he's in today. Only reason he got out was because the Kalos League raided the place. He managed to pose as a captured Ranger to get himself out of dodge.", he'd tell Bryan.

Dorian needed a smoke, or a drink. He knew better than to light up in the medical bay, however.

Dorian was surprised by the offering of whiskey. "Thank you.", he told the Beast, taking the offering. The spirits helped calm the man's nerves.

"I joined five years before Silas offed his old man, actually.", Dorian corrected Bryan. "Ended up stowing away on a freighter that went to Vermillion, found me stumbling around. Got me medical attention, and offered me a place in the organization. I've served out of gratitude ever since.", he'd elaborate.

"Right, we are not good people. But I take pride in loyalty. My loyalty is to Rocket as an organization, and the friends I've made in it.", he'd reply to the man. "Yeah, I'm grateful that he's alive. But I can't help but worry."
