The door to Zinnia opened with a jingle as Howard walked into the flower shop. "Holy shit." Howard said, blinking.

This place smelled incredible. Far better than any flower shop he had been to prior, even if he could count those on one hand. He respected its placement. A flower shop in Mauville City proper was the one thing the city couldn't afford to produce, given how boxed in it was. You'd be lucky to grow a weed within the city.

It also explained why all the flowers in the city were fake and overpriced. Sixty PD for a bouquet of roses? Sixty? Howard's soul had died when he had seen the price. At that point, it would be better to just go foraging in the wilderness for flowers. When he was attacked by a wild Ursaring, the hospital bill would be cheaper than buying fresh flowers in Mauville.

Though he had to admit—Zinnia smelled excellent. Several flower scents mixed together in a way that made Howard's heart flutter. As nice as the flowers smelled, Howard was here for another purpose. He had been trying to track down a certain flower for a while, now. No store in Rustboro, Mauville, or even Slateport had it. Howard was getting impatient, and he really didn't want to go foraging in the wilderness.

"Helloooooo!?" Howard's voice rang out. "Helloooooo! Is the shop open, or am I trespassing?"
