He clenches his fist and frowns at Remiel Calcifet. He stands defiant against him as the charizard rushes forwards towards them, however he's caught off guard. [break][break]

He didn't fully know Remiel's abilities as zekrom's avatar and the lightning bolt catches him off guard as it pierces him directly in the chest. He screams out in agony, as it goes through him and the shocks of electricity dance across his skin, the smell of burning flesh and leather filling the air. The light leaves his eyes for a moment as he maintains eye contact with Remmy as he "dies". [break][break]

He remains standing up right on his mount as a few moment's later the light comes back to his eyes as he screams in agony again and globs of blood fall onto his mount. "What exactly-" he pauses as he spits up blood and it drips down his face. "Are you saving me from?"

The lightning javelin meets its mark.

The agonized screams from his former friend are certainly not pleasant to Remiel's ear. None of this is 'pleasant'. But the former Admin knows better than most that war, even in small skirmishes such as these, demanded unpleasant things and strong hearts to withstand them.

"B-Bryan?" He utters, narrowing his eyes with sudden worry at the man when the smoke clears. Had he... killed him? Despite not meaning to do so, tears begin to well up in his eyes as the light escapes Bryan's own.

But, soon enough, that despair is cut short.

Bryan revives, and it doesn't take long for Remiel to discern that the power of XERNEAS was to thank. "FROM THIS DESTRUCTIVE PATH YOU'RE ON! FROM TEAM ROCKET!" He shouts back, cutting through the air with a sharp slice of his hand as the tears fly free of his eyes. "IT WON'T END WELL IF YOU STAY UPON IT!"

Seeing that his Cutiefly has successfully flanked the man, however, the royal does not waste another second before uttering the next command: "STUN SPORE!"

"Shouldn't you save me from you first?" He frowns at him as the stun spore lands on him and he takes it head on attaching itself to the burnt pieces of flesh from his exposed body.[break][break]

However he seems unbothered and with his blood dropping onto his stead, they were as well as bryan cured their status effects immediately. But he doesn't seemingly...do anything, he stares at remiel, noting the tears in his eyes. For once, the heartless man stops as he channels energy into healing himself as his pokemon with him back to perfect health. [break][break]

"The next time I see you. I won't stop until one of us drops." and with that his pokemon turns tail and runs away quickly. Bryan seemingly attempting to quell his anger and spectacularly failing at it. But to who the anger was directed at was extremely unclear.

Considering the 'fatal' lightning strike he'd cast earlier (something he frankly still grappled to understand and come to terms with), Remiel found himself at a loss for words. Bryan was right... but that still didn't mean he was in the right. As far as the former Admin was concerned, convincing his former friend to leave Team Rocket was his duty.[break][break]

Unfortunately, his hesitation leads to a surprise blowback as a gust of air sends the STUN SPORE his way. Unable to react with a counter in time, both Remiel and his Charizard inhale the paralyzing spores and struggle to resist their effects. They are helpless to stop the DEATH of his CUTIEFLY despite their best efforts, however.[break][break]

"NO! COME BACK HERE, BRYAN!" The royal exclaims through gritted teeth as electricity sparks all around his body. "THIS ISN'T OVER! I WILL BRING YOU BACK. I PROMISE YOU!"[break][break]
