[break][break]his brows knit together and he reaches for his kirlia's pokeball, but the there-and-gone flash of pale blue in the admin's eyes makes his fingers still against the metal.

he answers him flatly, swallowing down his contempt of the question. there's no purpose in killing him in his current state — though he supposes jayden has every right to be paranoid after his colleagues had tried to do just that. still, he probes:
