A shadow descended through the clouds, just out of sight but visible enough to be in awe of it's size. A roar, powerful enough to shake the landscape and scatter roaming Pokémon for miles.[break][break]

Death was coming, the destruction of time and space itself. Nothing would stand in the way of it's doom, no person nor Pokémon. This was the end, and the beginning. The alpha and the omega. Armageddon.[break][break]

Rowan let out a soft yawn as he observed the lone Absol below, dark energies swirling around them as they gazed upwards into a cloudless sky. "Suppose that's the one, Kazimir?" A gloved hand reached forward, pointing at the transfixed Pokémon. [break][break]

The Absol had stirred up enough of a scare for a Ranger to be dispatched, a bit surprising that a former member of the Elite Four had volunteered to come along. "Any ideas?"

"Nah the one we're looking for is also standing around in a blizzard." He keeps a smile on his face as he watches the storm around them rage on as if its a manifestation of the Absol's frustration. From the way this was happening more and more frequently he couldn't help but feel a little sorry for these guys. Having a sixth sense for disaster must mean that living in Hoenn was a case of constant migraines for them. "But...maybe we should calm it down. These guys are probably just really stressed."

But how would they even begin to do something like that? Kaz ran through a list in his head until it stopped with a snap of his fingers. "First we gotta pin it down. Then..." Cracking open a Pokeball he releases an Alcremie that takes one look at the raging Absol and hugs Kazimir's leg who just pats its head in return, "Buttermilk here can keep him calm. She's just not the most confident battler so we need to get her as close as possible. That sound like a plan?"

[attr="class","rowwtw"]"Pinning it down won't be an issue." Rowan assured, grabbing one of the Pokéballs from his belt and tossing it into the clearing ahead. In a flash of light, a Grapploct appeared, tentacles unfurling and twisting in the grass. "I'll hold it in place, you do your thing, yeah?" [break][break]

Stepping down the side of the hill, he let out a sharp whistle of command. Akkoro moved forward, sizing up their opponent with narrowed eyes before launching themselves at the Absol. Tentacles gripped firm around the enemy Pokémon, wrapping around them with the force of an Octolock, buffeted by the dark energies that swirled around.[break][break]

"You're up, muscles." Rowan smirked, offering them a teasing wink.

"Alright then, hang tight Buttermilk." Tucking his trusty little lump of cream in his arm he chased after Rowan and his Grapploct as they worked to restrain the Absol. Luckily having multiple arms made such a thing pretty easy. Once they were close enough Kaz held out the Alcremie and slowly approached the disastrous Pokemon while placing Buttermilk on the ground so she could walk the rest of the way.

"Alright. Aromatherapy. Let's soothe him down a little bit." The Alcremie nods in response and the sweet smell of its aromatherapy starts to waft around it and spread. It hits the nostrils of all around those around it and the Absol goes from growling to whimpering as it calms down and goes limp in the Grapploct's hold. "Alright...that seems to have done it. There there."

Slowly Kaz approached the Pokemon and stroked its head earning a whine from it.
