Tori had been in enough battles to be aware not to underestimate her opponent. By now, she hardly expected anything, rather she would attempt to stay on guard and be ready to adapt to anything. She could only hope her on field experience would assist her in times like these. But, no matter how calm she looked on the outside, she was actually quite nervous. [break][break]

She'd never taken part in a tournament before. Usually her battles were on the more....serious side. With a lot higher stakes involved. With so many eyes on her now she couldn't help but feel a touch nervous. But she didn't want that to potential distract Osiris so she did her best to repress the swelling emotion. [break][break]

"Good luck...and...have fun." She said mostly to Osiris but it was openly addressed to everyone. After all, she'd have no hard feelings if she ended up eating dirt right now. Oz looked primed and ready to go however. As soon as the signal sounded to start the match Tori "Go!" had barley left her lips before her Lucario had attempted to cross the distance between his opponent with EXTREME SPEED.[break][break]

Once he was up close and personal he was ready to get to the real bread and butter of this fight, his particular favorite, CLOSE COMBAT. A barrage of quick punches and kicks were sent towards the poochyena both in an attempt to feel his opponent out and attempting to land a lucky strike.[break][break]

"Hmm" the match started off swiftly, but that was expected. Osiris was always eager to get started. As the match continued on Victoria slipped on her vital gear as well, just so she could continue to keep proper track of Osiris' states and vitals. It was a handy piece of technology they'd manage to devlop that was for sure. [break][break]

Osiris' barrage of attacks seemed to get some lucky hits in here and there but it wasn't anything impressive just yet. Of course, his opponent was determined to let him get away with recklessness for free. Using it's rear as a weapon a DRAGON HAMMER was aimed to collide right into Osiris. [break][break]

Perhaps luck was on his side this day, but Oz managed to clumsily mitigate some of the damage from the attack with a QUICK GUARD. The jackal's paws quickly being flung up to eat the hit. The force from the move managed to put some distance between the two once more, but that didn't seem to put a dent in Osiris' plans at all. [break][break]

A shimmering glow of light began to illuminate from the palm of his paw. The blue ball of energy was smaller as it was created with just one of his paws but multiple AURA SPHERES were fired towards the poochyena.[break][break]

Things seemed to be working out alright but Tori didn't want to jinx anything. She was steadily used to disappointment on her own part anyway. All she could hope was that Osiris would continue to put up a good fight. After all, the spectators deserved to watch an entertaining fight, right?[break][break]

Osiris respected the poochyena, that was for sure. But his strategy switched up a bit once the poochyena charged forward again. This time he backed up a touch to give them some space. His goal? Well it wasn't his intention to get his butt handed to him after all. So he would attempt to fight back before the poochyena could reach.[break][break]

Light began to envelop the Lucario once more, but this time its luminance was more brilliant and blinding. As Osiris gathered the light within himself, charging up his move, he'd unleash a FLASH CANNON aimed towards the charging poochyena who intended to PLAY ROUGH.[break][break]

The poochyena continued to stubbornly charge at Osiris. Meanwhile, Tori paced around the back end of the field watching the battle play out while monitoring her Lucario's vitals. With a click of her tongue Osiris was off to meet his opponent in earnest. Ready to go blow for blow again once the distance was closed he'd use CLOSE COMBAT again on the poochyena.[break][break]

The cheers from the stands was deafening as the audience enjoyed an action packed brawl. Both Osiris and Tori had enjoyed themselves. After all, it wasn't every day you got paired against someone as amusing as their opponents. Their determination and confidence made this entire battle all the more worth while. [break][break]

Caught up in the adrenaline high from the match the pair continues without realizing the match had already been decided. Twisting the mega accessory on her finger, Tori brought the ring to her lips with a smirk on her face. Osiris howled with excitement as a blinding light enveloped him before he changed into his mega evolved form.[break][break]

To meet his opponents attack the jackal began to channel energy in his paws before shaping it into a giant AURA SPHERE. Much bigger than what he had displayed previously during this fight. A wide grin was spread across his features as he readied what he hoped would be the last deciding move of this match.[break][break]

An Overkill and oversight on Tori's part. She gasped as soon as she realized her mistake and quickly bowed towards her opponent in apology. After all, she had an 'image' to protect. "Sorry!" she apologized. "We got caught up in the excitement, haha." she said with a sheepish grin. "We had a lot of fun though"[break][break]
