Whew... How many fights was it going to take to truly tucker out Tsukiko, Makoto wondered?

Well, the rumbling storm above clearly wasn't about to daunt her, if the way her tails were still wagging aplenty was of any indication. She'd pace in circles as she waited for her next combatant - chomping at the metaphorical bit for another chance to 'play' - and Makoto couldn't help a sigh, with this.

As Onyx deferred the first move to them, Makoto nodded - pulling out their Tera Orb. "Get ready, Tsukiko."

At this, Tsukiko perked up - properly acknowledging that oh, someone else is here now, as she was envelloped in the light of terastallization. Her already lavender fur would become even more purple as she took on the Dragon type, wisps of violet dragonsfire dancing about her.

And wasting no time, the fox would charge forth - her tails lighting up in those very same purple flames, as she attempted to slam them into Lucan with Dragon Hammer!

The Tera Orb flashed brilliantly, like a handheld bolt of lightning. Tendrils of purple energy laved the Ninetails, crystalizing its fur, and crowning its head with a crest of gems.

Lucan was, however, perhaps Onyx’s best fighting Pokemon, with his one weakness being his typage. If they could get around, that, though, they might be unstoppable. As it was, the dragon hammer missed, striking the ground where the Pinsir once stood, making the earth quake and sending up plumes of dust.

Tsukiko yelped, as she suddenly found herself lifted up in Lucan's pincers after a whiffed strike. Perhaps she had gotten a little cocky in her showy approach - and for it, she ended up eating dirt as she was thrown to the ground..!

The fox bounced and skidded a little - but as she found her feet once more, her tails were wagging aplenty all the same! She was still having fun!

Rather than dive back into melee range though, she would instead bring forth a whirlwind of a Springtide Storm in Lucan's direction, to try and send the Pinsir flying...!

The Ninetails took the blow and managed to recover quickly, rolling along the ground and finding her feet like liquid white smoke.

Harshly snapping wind began to spin and groan, slicing across Lucan’s carapace and making the bug wobble, dangerously close to losing his footing. His armor plates rumbled as he fought to stay upright and zip forward once more with x-scissor.

Despite her best efforts, the storm failed to force Lucan back - and Tsukiko had barely the chance to react, before the Pinsir was raking at her fur with an X-Scissor!

She'd yelp at the strike - wavering on her paws, but remaining upright for now. Things were getting troublesome; she really needed this Pinsir anywhere but near her. And with this in mind, she'd bring forth a Blizzard, hoping that perhaps freezing this bug in his tracks would give the edge she needed!

Once more, the poor fox was tossed about - finding herself slammed into the ground for a second time in a row. And that seemed to do the trick - Tsukiko making a disgruntled whine as she lay flat on the ground. Though she'd try to get up to her feet, she was clearly much too dizzy and tired to keep fighting - instead stumbling back to Makoto...

... Or at least, trying - she seemed to be getting a bit off-route.

Makoto would let out a soft exhale as they recalled her - before nodding to Onyx and Lucan both. "Good fight."
