Ettie perked up at seeing Ollie - and smiling bright, she'd wave back with energy aplenty. "Hello Ollie-Friend! Am Ettie!" She'd introduce herself - and pointing to Yip, she'd add "Is Yip, packmate!"

Yip's tail wagged with similar friendliness as she looked Tofu up and down; something about him seemed interesting, although she couldn't quite put her paw on what yet. Either way, she'd have to wait and see on whether or not she wanted to go straight for a Transform or not...

Ettie would cock her head though as she glanced to Tofu - and pointing to him, she'd ask "Has name?" Some pokemon did, some pokemon didn't - so she figured it was worth checking!

[break][break] He kneeled down and offered a head-pat to the young Smeargle. Ollie didn't have one of his own, but he'd handled plenty of pokemon back at the farm to know how to handle them. He might've done the same to Ettie too, but thought better of it.

[break][break] "Tofu," Ollie supplied. "Tofu! Say hi!" The Pikachu gave a friendly chirp to Ettie and Yip both, as Ollie settled on the other side of the arena. Sure enough, the electric type leaped off his shoulder and towards the arena's center, electricity sparking from it's cheeks.

Yip happily nuzzled into Ollie's hand, clearly appreciative of the attention.

And Ettie, perking up as Tofu is introduced, would smile and wave. "Hi, Tofu-Friend!" Tofu was pretty cute - and Tofu was fun to say. Tofutofutofu... But, more important right now, was the fight about to begin! Grabbing her Tera Orb, Ettie would activate it...

... And in its blinding light, Yip would take on the Ghost type - fur tinted an off-grey purple.

With the Electro Ball sent flying her direction, Yip would attempt to take the heads-on approach; wielding her tail like a rifle, she'd let out a Tera Blast in the form of a pressurized spray of paint, to try and clash it against the fast-approaching electric attack!

The Electro Ball definitely ain't fun to be struck by - Yip yelping as she is zapped by it! She stumbles for a second, and has to smooth out her puffed-up and scorched fur...

... Only to notice that Tofu is already beelining for her!

Acting mostly on reflex, Yip makes the split-second decision to Copycat the move. And speeding forward, Yip attempts to clash against Tofu's Trailblaze with a Trailblaze of her own!

At first, Yip felt a strong sense of satisfaction in having won the clash - bouncing on her paws with a couple of playful barks!

However, the Trailblaze clash - though successful - also led to Yip being in the prime range for Tofu's Discharge. She had to get out of here, and fast!

Which, the best answer for that was to attempt a Teleport - but there came the question; would she be fast enough, to avoid that burst of electricity?

Bzzzap! Yip yelps - stumbling and swaying. But though she is becoming rather tuckered out... She seemed a bit more disgruntled by the fact that her fur was getting all puffed up once more...!

But this time, even as her muscles jolt a bit from lingering electricity, she sees Tofu's attack coming. And going for what worked before, she once more Copycats Tofu, to try and clash against his Iron Tail with an Iron Tail of her own..!

Satisfied by the victorious clash, Yip would bounce back a few paces - already swishing her tail about as if anticipating to use another Iron Tail against Tofu.

But, then the Pikachu began to grow. And grow. And grow...

... Oh.

Yip and Ettie both were left a bit speechless by the massive Tofu; albeit, perhaps different reasons. While Yip was awed and perhaps a bit intimidated, Ettie actually... Looked somewhat uncomfortable, gaze growing distant, as if her mind was wandering elsewhere.

But, since Yip was the one calling the shots here, she wouldn't be frozen up for long; instead hoping that with such a big target, that she could snipe Tofu with a Tera Blast before the massive pikachu could wreak too much havoc upon her!

Much to Yip's surprise, the Tera Blast hits the mark - disrupting the Disarming Voice enough for her to escape the exchange unharmed. Which is good, when they're both, perhaps, equally exhausted.

But, this means that a possible turnaround victory is in sight - and the Smeargle is eager to try and maintain momentum. But what in the world does one do, when a practical tsunami is bearing down upon you?

The answer, is to start surfing. With one last deciding Copycat, Yip paints herself a surfboard as she takes the wave head-on; attempting to Surf and wrangle it under her control, to turn it against Tofu!
