The small adventures into the Safari Zone were proving useful as Yuina was learning more and more about Pokemon everyday and finding new ones to befriend and learn about. The season had changed, and as the snow from the offputting weather paterns started to clear up, there were new Pokemon coming around into the park grounds, and Yuina couldn't wait to see what she would meet.

Walking through the quiet scenery, still a little on the crisp and chilly side, Yuina found herself walking along the side of a river, the glittering water flowing softly along the rocks. Down the way though, she saw an odd shape, that she could swear moved a bit before falling absolutely still, and one eye glancing at her before blinking closed... But, it didn't look like a Pokemon? It looked like... A piece of sushi?[break]
Yuina stood there for a moment, watching, waiting, and when she didn't make any more sound the little creature turned its head up, it was a fish out of water. Yuina smiled, what a peculiar little thing, and a master of disguise at that, she offered it one of the park balls to see if it would come with her.

What a strange little Pokemon, the fish out of water that she had just found, the way it stood still to act like it was a piece of food, but you would think that would make it more enticing for predators? And why was it hanging out in the grass and not swimming around in the water? Such a peculiar little thing.[break]

Moving down the river bed, coasting between the smooth river rocks and the crunching grass, Yuina watched a handful of buzzing bee Pokemon rush by in a little swarm, off to their hive or in search of flowers. She wondered what kind of plants they pollinated when things were so cold... Until she heard a deft splash in the water beside her.[break]
A shimmering, golden fish was jumping along the river rocks, bouncing and flopping its body, and Yuina worried that it might be stuck until it managed to hop into the water again... And then jumped right back out...[break][break]
Fearing that it might need medical help, if it was having trouble staying in the water like that, Yuina did move to capture it in one of the park balls before it might hurt itself...

Walking along the water's edge still, Yuina realized she may have been over analyzing the particular fish that she had found, as there were more that swam around in the water. It seemed like the majority of them had that same.... worrisome behavior, but just continued on about their swim.[break]
As she watched a school of the fish, she felt a bit of warmth come to her as she glanced down, finding a fire just down by her side, atop the tail of a small lizard that almost looked like... Rasza... It must be the early stages of what Charizard evolved from, and Yuina smiled as she offered a park ball to the small fire type, perhaps a companion for the dragon.

Only a little while longer in the safari zone, and it was still rather chilly out, Yuina didn't want to roam around too much in case it started to snow again perhaps. Off in the distance, a couple of gleaming, metallic blue discs floated through the air, clinking together as they passed, and Yuina was always amazed at how many different kinds and species there were that would come to visit the safari zone.

It was perhaps time to start heading back, the trek through the Safari zone always seemed a lot shorter in concept, but was much more intensive in practice. Yuina turned to find her path back to the warden's office when she heard the sound of something clinking together, almost like a set of dishes... It was peculiar, and she turned to find a small Pokemon lofting through the air, wispy green hands and an inquisitive look on the eyes that shown on a little jar of sorts. Yuina was perplexed, but intrigued all the same, and offered her last park ball to the strange Pokemon, wondering just what exactly it was?
