Another trip to the shrine garden brought the draconid a new kind of pest. The purple goblin was latched onto the cave wall like some kind of master thief. This must have been going on for months as every berry tree in the vicinity lacked berries on every side adjacent to that cave wall. A sableye's diet typically consistent of crystals, so the scene only added fuel to the fire when the draconid caught him in the act.

"Get d-" His demands are brought to a halt by his own partner pokemon.

Like some kind of rabid guard dog, the charizard rushes towards the cave gremlin. The sableye scurries across the cave like an insect and the dragon chases. Knowing he can't keep up with the creature, Balmung attempts an attack. He swings both arms, back and forward, unleashing a variety of punches in different forms. In the process of his onslaught, he destroys just as many berry trees as his target.

"Enough!" He shouts loud enough for it to echo. Both the gremlin and the dragon are made frozen by the command.

"If you're hungry, I can help you," He speaks to the goblin on the wall. "But you'll need to come with me."

The sableye turns to the dragon below and then back to the trainer. He responds with a nod and a gentle crawl towards his new ally. Roy answers with a poke ball to capture the ghost-type. Even if the goblin wasn't a dragon-type, he was still valuable to the cause.
