If they got worked up about someone keeping their identity a secret, then they would be nothing but hypocrites. After all, besides Cillian, no one knew what they really looked like. Even when at the base, he always wore a half mask that covered the top half of his face. This mask completely sealed the top half of his face and often made people question whether or not he could see. Contrary to popular belief, he could see, and even if he couldn't, his senses were fine-tuned enough through meditation to navigate without relying on all his senses. His clothing choice also gave little away about who he was; basically, the only thing one could know for sure about him was his hair color.

So, his fellow rocket appearing disguised didn't bother him. Instead, he simply inclined his head to the other when he returned the introduction, as he had never been the best at small talk unless the other person started it.

Usually, in a situation like this, to not appear weak, they would lie. However, as he was their partner, he should be warned about any obstacles that could stand in their way.

They didn't like it. They didn't like something trying to influence the kind of mood they were in or the images such a strong feeling of fear had produced.

Being good at reading people, they noticed the other tense up. A change in the air as the tension grew. Hopefully, this wouldn't mean the other would be jumpy. Though he supposed that would mean the other was at least on guard. Better that than to be relaxed about the whole thing only to be taken out because you weren't on alert.

"Lure them out in the open and have Poseidon, my Greninja, use Double Team to trick them into thinking they're surrounded and take them out before they recover from their surprise. Then, we can retrieve their research once they're out of commission. Alternatively, we could split our focus, similar to the first plan, by luring them into the open. I would use Nightwing, my Crobat, to use Haze as a cover to slip past their defenses while you keep them busy."

To be honest, there were actually a multitude of ways they could go about it. But in their opinion, luring them out of the research station was the best approach. Of course, these were just ideas. If the other person had ideas of their own, they would listen.

Looking back at him, they realized he was distracted by something. Frowning, they moved closer to see what it was. They had barely had time to study the tracks when a roar sounded, causing them to become more alert and scan their surroundings until they realized the roar still sounded further down.

As the others decided on one of the options, they nodded. That sounded good to them. Of course, considering it was one of their ideas, it was a given it would sound good to them.

Without another word, they made their way closer to the camp. Soon, the camp came into sight and once they were close enough to see into the camp and not get detected, they came to a stop. Staring ahead, they caught sight of at least one guard, meaning the rest were inside.

Unable to properly see into the tent, they released Minerva, his Beheeyem, from her Pokéball. "Well?" he quietly asked the Psychic-type Pokémon.

Once they got the information they needed, they turned to the older Rocket. "One on guard, about a dozen in the building, seven to be exact. So that means eight people. Seems they're not taking any chances in case of an attack. From what Minerva relayed to me, a couple are simple scientists with no battle experience. So I would say in reality we're really dealing with five opponents," they quietly told the other.

With that said, it was time to put their plan into action. Minerva seemed to use that as her cue before teleporting away. She appeared again inside the camp before using Psychic energy to topple some crates, teleporting back to Sage's side before the crates hit the ground.

The noise from the toppling crates was enough to cause the guy guarding to abandon his post and the people inside to rush out of the research building to see what all the commotion was about.

Perfect, that had worked better than they had hoped it would. Beckoning Gerald to follow, they slipped into the camp while the opposing side was distracted. Once inside the camp, they nodded to Poseidon, causing him to immediately use Double Team, duplicating himself as well as them a few times, making it seem like there were more people than there were.

As if sensing something, a few turned, letting out a startled cry, causing the others to turn and falter. It seemed none knew what to do, so while they were still caught off guard, it was time for them to attack.

Sage started off by having Greninja hit a few with Water Shuriken, but that wouldn't be enough to really take them out, so they hoped their partner had a Pokémon that was more of a heavy hitter.[break] Gerald Kaiser

It seemed that the other person did have a hard hitter. A Pokémon they had never seen before but had heard about. Absalom had talked about it a few times before they had ended up in Rocket. What was it called again? They were well aware that it had in the past only been native to Alola but couldn't remember what it's called.

Deciding to think more about it later, they turned their attention to the tent. Trusting Greninja to take care of himself without him there, they slipped inside the tent, immediately releasing Nightwing, their Crobat, to put the scientist to sleep.

Once that was done, they could do what they needed. Get the research and meet back up with their partner and Poseidon.
