Melody had a meeting scheduled on google calendar with . It had been some time since she last saw him, he had won his challenge against her and was able to start moving closer towards kyle. [break][break]

But now..[break][break]

She pushes the thought away, she had to replace the light that Kyle and his pokemon created for the league. She had been trying her best to emulate him by taking on his duties. However, she underestimated how many things he did. Originally she thought that he was a lazy sack of bones but it seemed he was always tired from the sheer amount of paperwork he had done behind the scenes. Gym checks, conflict resolutions, patrols, etc. he did a lot...would she be able to fill in his shoes successfully? [break][break]

A sigh fills her chambers as she sits back in her chair and a knock interrupts her myriad of thoughts. Her Mr Rime taps his way over rhythmically to the door and opens it "Come in!"

"Yes! Come in come in!" she says as melody ushers him in with an extremely warm welcome. However, it was obvious that the woman was disheveled as her ponytail had not been as neat as the day that he came to her room to challenge her. [break][break]

"I'm gonna be setting up a meeting with a lot of the league officials to discuss concerns they have about my transition to top champion. Soooo." she says as she pulls out a tray of snacks and drinks and places them on the table between the two. [break][break]

"Plus, it's always good to keep in touch with coworkers right?" she said as Melody had to enter the fray of the league's political relations, she tended to ignore them for the most part, only having positive interactions (Unless your last name was silph) but it was not something she could avoid now in her position.
