A performer turned Team Rocket grunt. She grew up within the beauty contest scene in Kalos and dreamed of one day becoming Kalos Queen. However, an incident involving one of her performances during her journey to gain the title caused fatal injuries, forcing her to withdraw. That day she lost a friend.[break][break] Riddled with guilt, her bright demeanour sunk from depression, and her heart hardened. Believing she had been purposely sabotaged by sponsors, she became disillusioned with the contest world. In a fragile state, silver-tongued Rocket members recruited her, promising her enough power to prevent anyone from hurting her or those around her again. She succumbed to their advances.[break][break]Despite still performing to benefit Team Rocket, she has become acutely bitter towards the “superficial” Pokémon Activities Committee and the Pokémon League, seeking retribution. [break][break]Relocating to Hoenn and repurposing her skills, Alison hopes to find the culprit behind her tragedy and ruin League, utilising what once was spectacular to cause chaos.[break][break]

Dorian is a fanatical member of Team Rocket, and an unapologetic war criminal from the Silas Era of Rocket. His current function in Team Rocket is to filter new recruits at the door, to try to weed out those who don't have the guts for "real Rocket life", and to corrupt the more idealistic elements of the Team.

Dorian, if he's allowed to deal with her as a recruit, will test her through various ugly tasks. More than likely, such tests will culminate into torture and/or murder of one of Rocket's 'enemies.' All to test how far she's willing to go for Rocket. Perhaps as a final test, he may attempt to get her to assassinate an anti-Rocket performer in the same vein as the accident that set her down this dark path.

I'd be really interested to see how this plays outside, considering Dorian's position in Rocket and his mindset will scare and test Alison's loyalty. Much of the reason Alison joined rocket in the first place was out of sheer desperation and as a way to get back at who she belived caused her trauma. She isn't wholey aware of how dark Rocket goes, currently...

I am happy to do some trials (*I would appreciate not going to gory) and think it would be an interesting way to test her. She has no background in violence, and barely any training in Pokemon battles, so for her it will be intense. I will say, she will definitely not assassinate the person at the end, as most of what she wishes to do is cause havoc rather than kill. Considering her background as a performer, she will look pathetic in the eyes of Dorian.
