Zachary chuckled at Razz's Meowstic sudden lunge to his trainer, loving the way the cat was so affectionate to him. He received soon a similar 'tackle' from his Hoothoot and the stray Meowstic there, concerned he was okay. "Guys, I'm fine. Thanks..." he laughed as the fur and feathers tickled him. [break][break] Dizzy shared Razz's feelings about being 'incepted' like that and rose up with a grumpy bark. As they would look into the room-- instead of the finely decorated blue room they saw in the dream-- it had been reduced to a torn, abandoned small parlor, with other doors that led out of it. Whatever was in there that put them under Hypnosis was gone. Likely it had retreated deeper into the house. [break][break] The Meowstic gave a concerned cry-- perhaps nervous as to that was what caused such problems in its home. [break][break] As Zachary got back to his feet, he was glad that Razz was okay too-- and that his Haunter, Greed, was such a clever Pokemon. He reached up and patted the Haunter on the head, earning a chuckle from the ghost. Rolling his eyes, Zachary took out an Apple from his bag-- which made the Haunter's eyes widen with glee. [break][break] "Go on... you earned it," Zachary urged as he tossed the apple up. Haunter snatched it out of the air with his jaws and munched on it happily! [break][break] [break][break] As Greed enjoyed his treat, he looked to Razz. "I think its safe to say that Pokemon that pulled the whool over our eyes is further in. Probably not far either but we should have our Pokemon close by to keep us safe, okay? " Zachary suggested, and looked to one in particular he had. A certain blank-staring Xatu who was in the back of their party. "Hey, Prophet? You up for a little investigation?" [break][break] The Xatu snapped into alert, and soon hopped forward. The Xatu was unlike most, while some would just stare all day, this one was surprisingly lively. A rather odd-bird by nature, even when it was a Natu. [break][break] With that, they began to press on into the room-- and into the nearby hallways that laid beyond the beaten room. [break][break]

With their resolve to venture further-- they would find that the wrecked room had another door that led outward. As they got ready, the Xatu waddling forward-- Razz called out another of his pokemon. [break][break] ... to Zachary's dismay, was a Spinerat spider. [break][break] "Gaah!" Zachary flinched, seeing the smaller spider on Razz's shoulder. [break][break] Dizzy frowned and grumbled... seeing Zachary's clear reaction. Meowstic looked up to Zachary, puzzled. Very few knew-- but Zachary had a strong phobia of bugs and bug-type pokemon. It took Zachary great time to adjust to certain pokemon who were bug types. While he loved those like Rabsca dearly, it was hard for him to get past the creepy nature of the bug-like qualities and behavior. Especially ones who were poisonous and could bite him. [break][break] "Okay... okay... let's go..." Zachary said as he marched forward. The Delphox just shook his head and glanced to Razz, almost apologetic for his trainer's issues. [break][break] The hall was still empty, leading them down with broken picture frames, half mangled wall lamps and other parts of the mansion. The hall would eventually empty up to a dark room, seeming another chamber till... [break][break] "muuuurrr...." a ghastly voice echoed, like a breath. [break][break] Zachary paused, sensing they were not alone as his Pokemon stopped too. Soon Dizzy stepped forward. [break][break] "Dizzy, light it up!" Zachary called out, causing the Delphox to release a burst of rainbow flame out into the air. The flame rose but stopped mid air-- illuminating the space. And soon they saw it. [break][break] A Hypno, standing in the center of the room, looking like a ball room. The odd, psychic type Pokemon glared at them with calm but eager challenge. [break][break] "Fond you, you sneak! Time to play you a lullaby for a change!" Zachary challenged. He then turned to his Xatu, Prophet. "You're up Prophet! " [break][break] The bird gave a blank glance to Zachary and Razz-- but soon hopped forward, looking just as stoic as Hypno did. [break][break] However-- that was when things got weird. [break][break]"Hyp...nooo....." it spoke, and its eyes glowed with light. [break][break] Suddenly, the room and features began to change! The psychic light of the pokemon permiated the room-- it certain wasn't Dizzy's magical torch! Surprised, Zachary looked around confused as the entire room 'transformed'. [break][break] Specks of 'pixilated blue' squares glowed around overlaying the place, confusing the eye. It was then that the Hypno used Trick Room , capturing them in a dimensional effect that radiated the room in its blue light... [break][break]

Night Slash was indeed swift and powerful-- as the Hypno was indeed in a tight spot. The attach soon hit, forcing it back-- but somehow reality was broken. Things blurred as if the attack seemed slow too, but the Hypno grunted at the attack. For Zachary though, movement seemed slow for him as he saw his Xatu too still to know what to do. [break][break] As Hypno soon gathered his wits-- now faced with a foe who got through his trick room-- he moved to his next part that even a dark Pokemon couldn't beat. [break][break] "Hyp...nooo..." It then rose its hand and the pendulum began to swing once more. Glowing with its eerie glow to fixate them. [break][break] "Oh no not again!" Zachary shouted, in alarm. "Don't look directly at it!" [break][break] However-- Prophet was too late as the 'gazing' pokemon looked right at Hypno and his pendulum. Before long, the bird fell asleep, now its eyes closed and letting out similar snoring sounds it did. [break][break] WHile Razz's pokemon would handle Hypnosis differently, this time-- Prophet was the one to give the surprise. He slept for a few moments, but then Zachary smirked-- realizing that Prophet was a oniromancer. A prophet of dreams. [break][break] "Krrrroooo....!" Porphet cried in his sleep-- and raised his wings. A ball of shadow soon formed before him-- a SHADOW BALL, that soon fired. Hypno looked shocked, unable to understand how it could attack even while asleep. [break][break] Zachary smirked as he saw it work. "Hehe... that's sleep talk for ya! Prophet can freely uses his attacks while he is dreaming." Zachary shared to Razz[break][break]
