Razz Kingsman, a citizen of Kalos who moved to Hoenn when he was just short of 17. Didn't get an official Pokemon License until he joined the Rangers. Currently works as a Ranger under Silph Co. general public+ Known to the General Public as Razz Kingsman. [break][break] + Currently has 2 BADGES under his name. [break][break] + In the 2020 Pokeathlon Razz has placed 6 times out of 12 on the Leader Board. [break][break]

- Due to placing high Razz was awarded a baby Zeraora [break] + in the 2021 HST Tournament Razz received Top 10 and received his name in the ULTRA CUP. [break][break]

[break] [break] sootopolis[break] + Used to live in some apartments at the edge of the city, rarely ever been seen in the few years he's lived here. From there he's gained the nickname of 'The Scared Faced Hermit' [break][break] + Took up resident at the old Dyrk House, a house on the beach which came cheap thanks to it being considered 'haunted.' A popular rumor is that there was a ghost there that took the life of the previous owner who attempted to buy it. [break][break]
- After the Rocket takeover the house is currently abandoned outside of most of Razz's ghost pokemon. Because he still makes payments, Razz maintains ownership.
[break] + While Razz himself doesn't have a popular standing in the city, his Meowstic are a different story. Particularly Salem who often went to the city in his trainer's streets and made friends with the residents. [break]
- There is a Meowstic Special at a Ramen Shop that was based off both Salem and Sabrina. Where it was believed he tried to set up rangers there into a failed trap, and claiming not to know anything despite being found in Dewford Town. Nothing could be proven and so was seen as innocent, though some rangers may still suspect. [break][break] + Participated in the Excursions at Sootopolis to fight back against Rockets. In the end Razz assisted with capturing a Rocket member ( Alexandra Briarwood) though she escaped later that night while in police custody. [break][break] + Under HST Tournament it was revealed that Razz owns a Buzzwole. Where he obtained the Ultra Beast is currently unknown.
