Cillian had ordered, and Raziel does nothing but hesitate. After his kubfu had knocked out one of the league's pokemon and smashed the officer into the wall he hasn't done anything further. He understands the order, but he can't bring himself to give the final order to finish them off. Not like the other two, as somehow the husband suddenly turns a pokemon into stone and then smashes the statue. All while Cillian has some sort of claws made of darkness and watching the two work was terrifying. [break][break]

Why was this such a struggle? He has been to war before, he has killed before so why was he struggling to give the order as the officer seemed to start waking up again? Something his kubfu prevents as they punch the officer to make sure to knock them out again, it seemed to bring it's fist back to finish the job but when Raziel gives a sharp whistle it stops. Looking back at his trainer defiantly at first until it saw the fierce look in his eye and decides to back off with a 'tch.'[break][break]

They can't fight back, that should be good enough right? [break][break]

Once the other two had finished off their group Raziel doesn't mention he didn't kill his. "We keep going then?" he would question instead about moving toward. Once their buiesness would be done here and they would move on eventually there seems to be a thinker wall, one that seems like it would need to be weakened before they could just blast their way through. With that in mind he calls out a Sliggoo before ordering it to use ACID SPRAY on the wall to help weaken it.

He opens his mouth but quickly closes it without answer yet. Knowing that most of his time with his mentor recently had been about growing independence. A concept that felt only foreign to him as everything in Kanto was controlled. [Break][break]

"I. Ummm.. I am t-t-telling you about taking part of the battles around Petalburg, he stutters feeling terrible about it. [Break][break]

"And I'm a-a-asking you about maybe... giving me a tougher pokemon to command and s-show you I can handle it," he gets out still stuttering, still doubting that this was the best way to go about it. And while these may have been normal ask for him for Raziel they were hard to get out. Such demands from him usually got him a scolding, but he wasn't in Kanto.[break][break]

THEO BECKETT was with him, things worked different here.

"I... I don't know sir," he answers in response looking down from the oddly familiar battle taking place in front of them. Were they to just stand by and bare witness or was there a point to this?[break][break]

"Just when I saw them... It...?" he seems conflicted about calling them as an object for some reason. "I thought I saw flashes of something I can't remember, and a feeling of... Needing to help them for reasons I'm not sure about" he offers with pauses between his words as it was clear that he himself was unsure about what it was that he was feeling. What was he remembering? If all this was true or something brought into him by the system they were in. [Break][break]

"Does that make sense?"

"Right... a book," he repeats yet it doesn't explain the pictures that entered his head just a moment ago. As if he had seen the dragon up close before and not just here. Though perhaps this simulation was just messing with his head. He had already seen first hand how this simulation was able to extract a memory, so maybe it was doing something else. [break][break]

He takes in the information, tensing slightly as the dragon's clash and their power is terrifying. Something he tries to ignore when the question is asked, and while normally he would try to think about it yet the emotion from before allows him to decide easy. [break][break]

"Reshiram.... I don't know what it is but... I feel like... like there is an obligation?" he questions as he isn't sure if that's the word for what he is feeling. If this was something he truly felt or something left over from a time he couldn't recall.

"Admin Fox!" Raziel calls out to the other as he runs to his superior's side with some concern. "You going to be alright?" he questions, needing to know if the strategy was to focus on the man's retreat or right and fight and push back enough for the Toxic Chain pokemon to submit. Though his worry distracts him and his Kubfu takes action of it's own rather than waiting for anything it's trainer had to say as it tried to make it's way to the other monkey. [break][break]

Though most of what the young cub tried seemed to be easily avoided while his bulbasaur was struggling against the fox. For now he needed to focus on one while the big one was distracted as he grabbed his Terra Ball before activating it. Tossing it over his bulbasuar to turn them into a water type to counter the fire as it struck with TERRA BLAST. Though seeing the Braixen's reaction to the attack it seems that fire was not the typing it kept. [break][break]

Though while he discovers this there is another cry and his Kubfu is down and unable to get up as it's struck with a psychic attack. Raziel taking out another pokeball as he was now about to test the Admin's theory of these toxic chain turning on him. With a toss he calls for his Ceruledge the poisoned ghost standing between Munkidori and the Kubfu.

"Bloodmoon?" the young man repeats not having heard of the term before. But a pokemon was a pokemon and given the 'ursa' part of it maybe another evolution of teddiursa was found? Though the Megalopolans was something he recalls from Theo's retelling of the history he has missed. He looks down as the other comments about his bulbasaur, "Sorry," he mumbles never having been good with dealing with disappointing a higher up. As in Kanto that usually meant pain, here it seemed to mean disappointment and it still felt bad. [break][break]

"If you say so, but Underboss Beckett uses a lot of them and even gave me this one do you really think they would turn?" he can't help but ask as he clearly wanted to follow in his mentor's footsteps a tad more over his own specialty of poison type pokemon. And while the bear pokemon is something new it isn't something he is allowed to focus on as he hears the panicked cries of his Kubfu and quickly Raziel reacts. [break][break]

The grunt runs toward the noise to eventually find his pokemon in the middle of a fight with a Toxic Chained Braixen. His pokemon currently wrapped in their chains due to TOXIC SUBJUGATION, the grunt whistling as his bulbasaur strikes with a TOXIC SWING at their foe to let the cub go.

"I suppose I could understand that a bit, I've only been around two months myself... sort of," because that was all he could remember of being here in Hoenn, "And while higher ups might be too busy for you to meet it would be a good idea to at least know their names even if you don't have a face to put it to, I can help if you'd like," he offers as he would rather not have the other grunt get in trouble for such a thing. He pauses as he makes a questionable face, would they even get in trouble for such a thing?[break][break]

Hoenn Rocket was too confusing for him.[break][break]

He gives a simple shrug to her contributions, "Got to play to your strengths, and being able to depend on a healer helps more than I think you realize," he tells her as a lunatone floats by, this time his Bulbasaur takes handle on things to ensure that it if valued it's health that it would keep away. All to ensure that the other's mimikyu could fight uninterrupted and allow the other grunt a chance to capture the jellyfish pokemon. [break][break]

"Uhhh... that's a little complicated... I told I was helping in Sootopolis and then I was struck by a lightning attack," he tells her as he rolls up the sleeve on his right arm and shows her the lichtenberg figures that ran down his arm before showing her the scar that was left over from where the lightning exited his body from the palm of his hand. "Aside from some nerve damage it also effected my memory and unfortunately the past 6 years are a blank for me now, so I don't know the damages from the fight, but I have taken part in the war in Kanto so I can imagine"

With how timid the beast was being admittedly he was a bit confused about their title. Most of the beast he knew had seemed much more confident and ferocious. Yet as he thought of several members of the Hoenn branch with grunts not knowing their underbosses, and and Admin who couldn't fight Raziel shouldn't be surprised by a timid beast. Another part of him thinking if Cillian ended up marrying the man because Temp seemed like the person he used to be? [break][break]

Thoughts that get interrupted as Cillian seems to snap at his simple question. "You don't seem like it," he can't help but comment back before voices are heard from the knew hole that they made. [break][break]

He hears this get called and the grunt looks ahead to see a few injured from their blast. A couple helping one another up before they had been spotted. Cillian and Temp easy to spot as a danger as multiple pokemon are called to battle. "Isn't that Kingsman?" he hears one ask but Raziel knows well enough from their kanto days on what had to be done. The grunt is about to give a whistle but ever eager to start the battle his Kubfu charges forward and slams into one of the officer's Dachsbun hard enough to send the pokemon flying back into their trainer, and then the wall. Not his plan but it would work for now as Kubfu would aide in taking out the officers.

Raziel just tilts his head at the other as he seemed to hold the same resentment toward the monkey one as Cillian Quinn seemed with the dog they had encountered. "Sorry I have a bit of a memory issue, what happened a year ago? Or was that when they first attacked?" he can't help but ask, the young man curious about it all. And was only slightly wondering if it was a bad thing that he was actively hunting for pokemon with toxic chains. [break][break]

"But... you're an admin?" the young man questions as if that fact alone should counteract what the other had said. Though he was still going by the standards of Kanto's Rocket rather than thinking of Hoenn as its own division. Either way he simply shakes his head before he crouches down to put his bulbasaur as the center of attention, "If they come they come," he replies with a shrug clearly not understanding the full picture of the danger they might pose, "but I'm honestly been more interested in getting more pokemon like this," he informs as he plays a bit with one of the chains with his gloved hand.

"What? B-but sir I've always followed yours and mom's training for that, how is it counterproductive?" he can't help but question. Something he was getting increasingly used to around the other as unlike with his own parents Theo had seemed to allow them. Unlike his other self where he had been forced to learn independence, Raziel had still looked to his mentor for guidance. The young rocket far too used to being told what to do. [break][break]

There is a pause from him as he crosses his arms and tries to think. Gears trying to turn yet he seems to be struggling a bit as he's probably quiet for longer than he wants to be as he ponders how to improve. "I've heard around the sub about a plan to try and claim land around petalburg, I could try and participate in a few of those?" he ask more in a form of a question than any actual confidence about it. [break][break]

He hums in a bit more thought as he keeps trying to rack his brain and he thinks of the bulbasaur. "The pokemon I have are all pretty obedient, Bulbasaur I think more on your orders than my own," he notes, "Maybe showing you I can handle something tougher?" again answers more in the form of a question than an actual answer. Though he's not really sure where he would get a 'tougher' pokemon.

Seeing the other Raziel gives a whistle for the Kubfu to stand down. Though the fighting pokemon seems to only give him a side glance before scoffing and running off to find another pokemon to fight. The grunt sighing as the kubfu continues to just ignore him, groaning because it feels he hasn't made much progress with them. [break][break]

He gives the other a questioning look at first, wondering why so many people kept referring to him as 'Razz' rather than his full name. It was fine but felt a little too familiar for him especially since as far as he knows he has not meant these people before. "Umm it's Raziel actually, but uhh feel free to call me what you'd like Admin Fox," he greets, making sure to keep formal because that what he had always been taught. And so far no one has told him otherwise. [break][break]

He looks over to the direction his kubfu took off at the mention of training. "Well attempting to at least, but the Kubfu doesn't seem to care to listen," he knows he asked for a more challenging pokemon to train to help prove his worth but the Kubfu was still much. "But I'll make sure it doesn't."[break][break]

"Uhh thank you again for coming by the way, do you happen to know much about the Toxic Chain Trio?" he can't help but ask the other's experience as this was what this whole hunt had been about.

"But-" Raziel wants to protest but he notices the fear in the other's eyes and pauses it. He remembers that unlike Cillian he hasn't been traumatized by the original trio. He has also been actively looking for Toxic Chain pokemon so their appearance didn't scare him like it seemed the other. [break][break]

The wild charge seems to make some of the chains pause, and it leaves a possible opening for their escape. One in which Raziel tries to take advantage of but a chain comes at both trainers. The grunt wincing in pain as the chain wraps arounds his right arm and pulls back attempt to lock both humans in and prevent an escape. Raziel looks to where the chain is connected and sees a Ceruledge stopping them. There is an attempt to remove the chain but to no avail. [break][break]

Trying to defend his trainer his Zorua charges and uses a DARK PULSE on the chained pokemon. And while it does it and hurts them the grunt cries out in pain as well as if he felt the attack. That's when he realizes, "These are toxic tethers!" he warns the underboss, "Any pain that thing feels we feel," he looks over to Cillian to see if he had been tethered as well. [break][break]
