"Of course I'll buy it, you know me by now Jennifer." The head scientist talked with his back turned towards Noelle as she approached. "Let Ieyasu know I still have those Aqua Festival artifacts in my collection if he doesn't budge. I know he'd hate it if Oli-," Lucas stops midsentence when Noelle begins talking. "I'll have to call you back later. Have a nice day Jennifer." He ends the call with a tap of a button as he turns to face the dragon priestess.

"Oh, are you part of security?" Lucas asks sheepishly. "I'm Lucas Lane, I called earlier about fixing the pokemon problem."

Noelle Lane

"Nice to meet you." Lucas outstretches a hand when Noelle introduces herself, a common courtesy.

"Really? Were there a lot of them? Must've taken a long time." Lucas interjects. "Oh, there'll definitely be some inside the facility."

Lucas listens intently as Noelle continues to talk. Occasionally he'd add a few words of reassurance. Taking the initiative on their mission Lucas begins walking to the power plant doors. Slowly strolling towards them as the two spoke.

"What? That's crazy. The manners of some people." He was taken aback by the very idea.

He sticks a key into the front door of the powerplant. After jostling it about for a few moments the doors click open. "You got any ground pokemon on you for this?" Lucas inquires as he passes through the doorway. "I've got a gabite with me, along with a few rock pokemon. But they aren't as good at conducting the electricity as ground pokemon."

Noelle Lane

"Ah, another dragon fanatic." Lucas kept his thoughts to himself. He'd been raised on the idea that if you didn't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

"We can just turn on some lights. They should be working still." Lucas reaches out to feel along the wall when he's pushed. Nostrils flare and one hand curls into a fist briefly. "Let's be careful." He says through clenched teeth.

Flicking a switch the lights came on in the abandoned powerplant. "Presto." Some lights flicker, while several others don't shine at all. "Not so scary now, right?"

Noelle Lane

"We'll probably just catch them. Violent pokemon are relocated, while rare ones will probably find some use within the league." Lucas waves an arm through a section of web strung at head height.

When Noelle jumps in freight Lucas whips around. There's concern is in his eyes despite his body being tense. "You okay?" When Noelle goes on about her the spider webs he turns back.

"Oh, I'm a scientist for the League." His face lit up at the question. "I've been working there about a year now. I got the chance to study and work on these things called mega stones. You know about mega stones?" As the head scientist joyfully talked about himself and his work a new noise could be heard in the powerplant. The sound of something scurrying across the tile.

Lucas is too wrapped up in talking about himself to notice the sound. It began quiet, no louder than their own footsteps. But as the webs grew larger so did the sound.

Noelle Lane

"Hear what?" Noelle's question was met with another question. When Lucas would turn the corner he found the answer to his question. This hallway was teeming with joltiks and galvantula. "Shit. Back up," he chokes. Lucas reaches for a pokeball as he backs up. There was a small squeal as he did, followed by something crunching beneath his heel.

Suddenly the mass of electric pokemon turns their attention to the scientist. Scrambling back Lucas fumbles with a pokeball as they begin to move en masse towards the pair.
