Sona appears a bit apologetic, while Del only seems smug and proud of the fairy's achievements.

Cass gently sets Jon on the ground, and then scoops up both Del and Sona. "Alright. Babysitting time for you two. Jon, you'll be alright, right?" He seems to even scoff a little bit, huffing that of course he'd be. They grow up so fast ...

With Sona and Del under her arms now, Cass continues going through the safari zone. However, now that her arms are both occupied, she has a harder time actually ... catching pokémon. She entrusts a safari ball with Martin, trusting that he'd only use it when she tells him to.

And this instance comes quicker than she imagined. A Baltoy makes itself known again, and she shudders slightly at the sight - it also appears to be rather aggressive, and above all ... frustrated. Boggy, the Tadbulb, then also appears a bit ... "Ah. Explosion, huh?" she asks, nodding at Martin to use the ball.

She'd rather not have a bomb go off in their back they and more importantly Boggy leave the Baltoy behind.

However, briefly after the Baltoy encounter, Cass sees another Horsea again and remembers - don't they have this ability as well to prevent explosions? Which is quite practical considering the current selection of safari pokémon ... and definitely seems like a reason why the safari zone hasn't turned into a Voltorb-reminiscent warzone yet.

She shivers slightly at the memory of the field of Voltorbs and Electrodes ...

Gladly, Cass feels pretty safe with Boggy around regarding Explosions - also lowkey eyeing Jon, who she knows could learn those moves as well - so she relaxes quickly enough. She relaxes almost too much, as she almost misses the floating rock that observed them for a moment, just to float away-

"Hey! No, wait!" she hastily runs after the Minior, readying a safariball. "And no, Sona, stop it," she scolds her Tinkatuff who definitely seems to be ready to golf again. "I love your confidence, girl, but please not now-"

Gladly, the Minior seems to be distracted by something, and Cass could safely throw the ball.

Sona seems to finally calm down a bit after Del's appearance, causing Cass to be cautiously relieved. She doesn't want to risk disturbing the newfound peace, however, and thus continues onward simply in the safari zone.

It seems like the time for this slot might be over soon (but the warden wouldn't have seen the last of her just yet here), so she slowly starts packing up.

And she doesn't notice the Trapinch that once more lodged itself into Verona's leg until they've already walked another significant amount. "Wait what-" However, the dragon type already un-attached itself, vanishing into the safari green.

"Verona, you're fine, right?" Cass asks, carefully patting the area where the Trapinch has bitten the giant golem. However, there's gladly nothing to see, but a few scratches still ... Her mind drifts away to how to repair ancient stone, as she notices a truly refreshing voice.

"Oh! You really have a lovely singing voice," she compliments the Popplio with a smile. The Popplio seems to start to sing even more, and Cass listens with a pleased smile, listens and listens ... oh.

The warden calls her back, and she remembers that she still has one pokéball left. "Oh, uh, do you wanna come with us?" she asks, but doesn't have the time to wait for an answer.
