The only reason she tolerated the embarrassment was the notion that Team Rocket might be present, a large public gathering would be just the place for the terrorists to strike. Arceus knew she wanted to get her knuckles bloody, and it was all she could to hope the vermin would show their faces.[break][break]

It wasn't long before she found herself gravitating to the displays of swordsmanship, scoffing under her breath at what passed for technique among these enthusiasts. "This is just embarrassing." She commented to the man beside her, thoughtlessly.

If anyone had told him he would ever participate in a Renaissance fair, he would’ve thought they were joking; after all, he had basically lived the kind of lifestyle that was portrayed in one of these fairs. However, here he was making his way to one of these things. He didn’t want to do it, however.

Apparently, there was concern about some trouble being started. So he was here for something work-related, so at least that was something. Still, since he kind of had to blend in and not draw attention to himself, he was wearing his old armor, which was a bit weird to wear again if he was being honest.

Walking around the fair effectively plays the part of someone just enjoying the fair. Pausing to watch a practice dual, he could quite hold back a grimace. The sword skills the combatants portrayed definitely left a lot to be desired.

A voice drew his attention to a woman beside him, and he hummed in agreement before speaking. “It makes me want to show them how it’s done,” he told her, his gaze flickering briefly to the combatants. “Their stances are weak; I’m surprised neither of them have overbalanced themselves with stances like that.”[break]
