Cass is on the move and Misuk as well - having gotten permission to leave the immediate temporary homestead entirely, Misuk's supposed to be with Del for some training. However, the Charcadet has decided last-minute not to join to pursue something else, leaving the Cutiefly with a dilemma. Still, as they spot a group of troopers and hear the distinct voice of a leader, who are they not to follow!

Flying into formation, they nod along as the brass presents the plan for today. "No question, sir! I'm ready, sir!" their determined voice shouts out, eager to train alongside the squad of Falinks. ... hang on, these also look awfully familiar.

Misuk does not see a problem with them being there at all, not considering themself an anomaly, and gladly, the brass and the troopers also do not see one as well. They seem to puff their fluff a little bit more to assume a size and shape close to the other troopers, but it's not too easy. Such adjustments also prove unnecessary as the brass leads the first exercise.

The Cutiefly follows the orders diligently, being a master of quickly looking to one and then another side thanks to some neurodivergent disposition and a natural and extremely fickle sense of curiosity. Still, as the steps came up, they follow- and then pause as they get out of sync, before hastily taking the required steps backwards. "Permission to speak, sir!"

They wait until permission would be granted, before putting in a request, "Would it be possible to repeat the steps, sir! I need to repeat the steps example, sir!"

It's truly not often that you come across good leadership. "I see and appreciate you too, sir! Thank you, sir!" Even more determined than before, Misuk squares and focuses up, their floof seemingly also taking a square shape as the exercise is repeated once more. The instructions are before, until the steps would come up - and the brass has masterfully adapted! The wiggle is easy to follow with a length that allows Misuk to stay in sync with their footed and larger companions.

"That was a very good exercise, sirs!" Misuk shouts after the exercise is done, excited about having been able to complete it so well. "What's next on the agenda, sir? !!"

Misuk is watching raptly as the training session shifts to attack. One of their strongest suits, even as others might not agree just as much. Still, there's quite a lot of power stored in this little fuzzball and they can feel it. The air humming with anticipation, too, the world slowing down ... or maybe they are just incredibly delusional and dramatic.

They follow along the Troopers following the Brass' commands, being able to execute them fairly well given that it's their first time. And then, the attack comes. There's a moment actually where they still, and the Brass also has stilled. A moment of hesitation almost. Believing that they, against all odds, against everything they know in their soul to be true ...

But the Brass' proud look is confirmation enough. Of course they could do that attack, too. With a vengeance and a force to be reckoned with, the Cutiefly dives in alongside the other Troopers, performing the same attack, not getting into anyone's way. They're part of the group, moving as a fluid one, all in for to Close Combat.

The attack is executed perfectly. Once more the world stills, but it's the moment of calm before a storm - the moment of rest before everyone breaks out in "HORRAY!!" that Misuk joins with glee in their body. That has been exhiliarating to say the least, and definitely an experience that makes them feel closer to the Falinks. No, they are not only close ... they, too, are a Falinks, in a way. A part of this troop, no matter their shape.

An inspiring thought that makes them glow brightly - as they actually evolve in a desire to be even stronger like the Falinks.

"Celebration!" they join in after the Brass' encouraging and inspiring words. "I know a really good nectar place - follow me!" And normally, they'd probably zoom off with their wings, but right now, they don't. They keep rather close to the ground for a Ribombee, and spread a Sweet Scent mixing with Aromatherapy in excitement as they think about the autumnal meadow that they're leading their new friends to!
