Writing out notes still, switching between a couple of pages, Yuina only glanced to Josh as he spoke at length about 'friendship' between legendaries and humans.[break]
"They might still be Pokémon, but that doesn't make their presence any less daunting," Yuina returned, she was certain there was nothing that could ever be that simple, especially when it came to the sprite Celebi.[break][break]
"But they're not just Pokémon, to think anything less of them is a disservice. Everything they do holds reason, purpose, whether its for their own or for something on a larger scale. And I have no purpose, no reason or understanding with Celebi," she spoke then, resentment, but not towards Josh, or his views. It was still only ever herself. She was shrouded in nothing but uncertainty, drowning in darkness and held by the strings of a fate she would never know, so how could she possibly expect anything to be so pure and simple as just friendship for a Pokémon that could transcend time, just as she had?[break][break]
"I might be friendly with him, but we're not friends. Not as long as I don't know what he came to me for. And with my track record, I might never get that answer."
