As Dorian walked through the forest, a Larvesta would pop out from the trees, and fire off a string shot at the blonde. Seeing the creature coming, Dorian dived to the side, avoiding the line of silk, and sending out his Emboar, Porkchop.

"Pork Chop, take it alive!", he ordered.

The Emboar nodded, curling up into a ball. The Larvesta would swing down from the tree, body wreathed in flames as it made a Flame Charge over to her foe. The Emboar only let out a groan of irritation upon being hit by the Larvesta. In response, he would quickly Roll Out over the insect. The Larvesta cried out in pain as she was knocked back, her attempt at dodging the attack failed.

Dorian quickly chucked a Sport Ball at the Larvesta. He noted to himself that he intended on keeping the thing, since he always wanted one.

After the Larvesta was captured, a volley of Pin Missiles fired off at the Emboar. In response, the Emboar curled up into a ball. The Defense Curl allowed him to endure the five pins that struck his body, which didn't get very far at all. Following that, the culprit, a Heracross, charged the Emboar with a Mega Horn, intent on goring the flaming boar.

The Emboar stood and took the attack, grinning at the Heracross, who glared at the pig, and cocked his fist back. In response, Porkchop stepped back a couple of steps, before charging the Heracross with a Flare Blitz. The attack, which caused the beetle to cry out in panic before impact, knocked the insect out on impact. Before he could even land, Dorian threw the Sport Ball at the creature.

Dorian would spot a Shuckle down the way. Knowing how annoyingly resilient they were, yet how valuable they could be under the right conditions, Dorian wasn't going to let this one go. "Porkchop, Curl up, and roll over that Shuckle!", he called out to the Emboar.

With a grin, the Emboar curled up into a ball, and began to roll up to the Shuckle. The shelled insect would respond by firing a volley of Stone Edges at the oncoming ball of fire. Unfortunately, the pointed rocks did little to faze the Emboar, let alone stop it. The Shuckle would find itself powerless to stop the Emboar from rolling over him. The Shuckle, holding on, attempted to form a Rock Slide to stop the Emboar from coming.

Alas, the Emboar blew through the oncoming rocks, and rolled over the Shuckle again, this time with far more power. It was clear from where Dorian was standing that the Shuckle was on its last legs. Immediately, Dorian tossed a Sports Ball at the thing, aiming to get it in serviceable condition.

After the latest capture, Dorian recalls Porkchop, giving him time to rest. In his place, Dorian sends out Smoochie Duckie, his oldest Pokemon. The Magmar is quick to join his master in walking through the forest. And it isn't long before they spot a Shelmet. "You know what to do.", he told the Magmar, who nodded, and went ahead.

The Shelmet saw the Magmar coming, and readied herself. When the Magmar attempted to blast her with a Flamethrower, the Shelmet immediately retreated into his shell, erecting a barrier to Protect himself from the fires. Once the jet of fire was finished going off, the Shelmet attempted to leap at the Magmar, intent on Body Slamming the Fire-type with all her might.

Smoochie Duckie, seeing the attack coming, simply stepped to the side, and allowed the Shelmet to land on the ground harmlessly, before blasting at the insect with a Flamethrower. This time, the Shelmet was unable to set up her protective field, and was torched by the flames. When all was said and done, Dorian tossed a Sports Ball at the shelled insect.

Dorian would spot a Durant lazing about in the path. The metal insect was easy pickings for a man like Dorian, who specialized in the bane of such a Pokemon's existence. "Cook this one extra light, Smoochie. I want it alive.", Dorian told the Magmar, who nodded.

The Magmar wasted no time in blasting the Durant with a Flamethrower. The Durant, caught off guard, didn't stand a chance as the jet of fire burned his armored body. Unconsciousness quickly followed, allowing Dorian to toss a Sports Ball at the thing.

A Karrablast jumps out at Magmar, and delivers an X-Scissor to its torso. Smoochie looks down at the Karrablast in annoyance, as it burns itself on the hot body of the Magmar. In response, the Magmar spits a Flamethrower on the Karrablast. The Karrablast runs around, before dropping to the ground. Dorian tosses a Sports Ball at the Karrablast, before it burns to death.
