Every now and then she’d go out in the world and find a nice spot to let her Pokémon stretch their legs. While not exactly an outdoorsy person she did enjoy watching her Pokémon run about and have fun which took forms in many ways.

Some just relaxed nearby while others ran about or in some cases tried to cause trouble which was always annoying. But outside of this she’d take this opportunity to track down some wild Pokémon for her own purposes.

Ah she had almost forgotten about the introduction of Galarian Pokémon into Hoenn but this Dubwool was a good reminder. The Pokémon didn’t seem to be bothered by the woman’s presence and in fact was just curious about what she was doing.

Eva petted the Pokémon and gave it some treats before then shooing the Pokémon off to go about its business. Dubwool was a cute Pokémon but it wasn’t the type that she was looking for.

But now this Pokémon, this was exactly the type she was indeed looking for! Excited at the prospect of having an Orbeetle in her possession, Eva quickly summoned her Incineroar to battle the bug Pokémon in order to get it primed and ready for capture. The Orbeetle proved to be surprisingly more resilient than she had imagined at first.

It managed to take quite a few of her Incineroar’s attacks, much to the fire type’s annoyance. But a well time Flare Blitz was enough to weaken the Orbeetle to the point of capture looking to be successful. So Eva took out an empty pokeball and lobbed it at the weaken Orbeetle.
