The trumpeting the little Cufant made alerted Remiel clearly, who had been helping another with their handy work at a nearby plot in exchange for quality manure. By the time he arrived on the scene, it was with a mean-looking Druddigon who stomped onto the scene and delivered a ferocious roar. With the sleeves of his dirty and sweat-stained khaki shirt rolled up, Remiel pointed a single finger towards the foolish little elephant.

"Dathomir. Superpower."


Before the Cufant could even dare to get within trunk's reach of one of his berry bushes, the scary-looking dragon became engulfed in a yellow fire-like energy before bursting forward with a tackle of unprecedented strength. The would-be berry raider didn't stand a chance. And, by the time it crashed into the dirt outside of the borders of his garden, Remy already had a Pokéball in hand. He threw it.

With the Cufant successfully captured, Remy saunters over to pick up the newly occupied Pokéball and polish the dirt off of it with the butt of his palm. The ball was heavy in his hands. He regarded the deep footprints the little elephant had left behind, and imagined the rather formidable Copperajah it would evolve into if he trained it. Deciding, then and there, that he would make time for this unusual addition to his team, Remy clipped the ball to his belt and turned to face his victorious Druddigon.

"Nice work, Dath. Let's go have lunch. You earned it." He spoke, walking past the dragon as its throat rumbled with approval and it followed.

What a strange creature.

Ever since he'd discovered a small hole nearby days ago, Remiel had made sure to visit the garden on a regular basis. And, now that he'd come in the early morning, the black-haired royal had discovered the perpetuator behind the holes around his garden: a Dunsparce.

He'd never seen one in person before. It was bizarre-looking, to say the least. And was it... blind? No, it couldn't be. It seemed to know that there were berries on the bushes in his garden, but it simply didn't have the capability to reach them yet. Either that or it was waiting on them to ripen. Regardless, that would come to a stop today. He'd brought his shiny Tepig, Milogoro, along.

"Proceed with Smog." He spoke, crouched at the border of his garden while his Tepig buried its snout into one of the holes. Sucking in a deep breath, it would then exhale a thick black smog through its nostrils. The smog wouldn't hurt the plants, but it would briefly fill the unseen tunnels below until the Dunsparce was forced to emerge.

Now writhing with disgust on the soil, it was completely vulnerable towards being blasted into oblivion by Milogoro's Flamethrower... but, instead, Remiel decided to catch and study it. So he unclipped an empty pokéball from his belt and unenthusiastically tossed it.

Remiel and Acacia the Leavanny happened to be tending to the garden when the tiny key-holder drifted through. After watching it destory a small flower by inserting its horn into, Acacia was quick to alert her master before swiftly moving to subdue the Fairy-type creature.

"Leavaaa!" She cried out, attempting to capture it between both of her scythe-like arms as it danced in the air to avoid her. Quickly realizing the brute attempts were futile, however, Remiel soon stepped in.

"Sticky Web. Then electrify it." Acacia stopped to turn over her shoulder and regard the command. Then, with a dutiful nod for her beloved master, set off to do as she was told. A burst of web sprouted from her mouth like a net. And, though it had nearly slipped past the bonds of it, the Klefki was swiftly captured by it.

When it attempted to break free, the Leavanny would send a powerful electric current through the string of web connecting her mouth to the net. After the electricity subsided and left the Klefki temporarily paralyzed, Remiel would walk up with a pokéball and catch it.

The community garden wasn't a place Atlan frequented often. Except for the first visit, in fact, where the kind old farmer showed him around and taught him how to plant a few things, he hadn't come at all. Something had changed when he woke up this morning to find himself in a bright and beautiful spring day, however. With a need for some exercise that wasn't part of his typical morning routine, he pit on an old t-shirt and haggard denim pants before buying some seeds at a shop and coming.

Brigid was the one to typically accompany him wherever he went. Unfortunately, she didn't wake up this early. So instead he brought along his Rookidee, a brave and vicious little being that sat on his shoulder as he dug out some holes in the soil for a bud. The bird would prove useful, however, when it spotted a Quilladin closing in. It chirped and drew Atlan's attention to it, who was quick to snag an empty pokéball from his belt.

"Oh, the hell you do!" He growled, straightening in posture before pointing at the wild garden raider. "Nemesis! Drill Peck!" He ordered, watching as the little bird bravely as it was told. A super-effective attack that sent it backwards on its butt, Atlan was sure to cast the ball in his hand quickly and accurately afterwards.
