Between his business dealings and raising two children, Josh wasn't always at the ranch when something happened. So when he had happened to check in on the garden at the ranch, he hadn't exactly been there right away at the time a large green monkey had decided it wanted to do the hokey pokey in his garden. Why wild Pokemon seemed to like coming here and endangering his gardens, he didn't know. But as soon as he realized what was going down, he took a breath as he waited for the right time...

As the monkey flew into the air just over his head, Josh took a Pokeball from his belt and tossed it upwards with a powerful throw, getting it into the air just before it reached the point it was at and catching the green monkey by surprise.

As the ball wiggled, Josh looked towards the berry trees and let out a sigh. Izumi wasn't going to be very happy about this.

Colbur and Rowap will be ready September 10th. Passho will be ready on November 5th (Holy shit)

Or that's what it would be, if not for SIMISAGE OVERGROW JUTSU FOR SLOT 4

"Hey there, little buddy."

Considering everything was burning, perhaps one might expdct him to be a little less calm about it. But the Simisage protecting his garden had been able to mitigate the damage a bit and manage to misdirect the Fletchling long enough for him to get there. He kneeled down and poured a bit of Pokemon food, stopping the Fletchling in its tracks. Specially prepared for Flying Types, the Pokemon food's smell quickly stopped its flying rampage.

Josh took a deep breath as he gingerly rolled a Pokeball at it while it was distracted. Of course he fully intended to feed it afterword. Why wouldn't he?

"Well, hello there."

His berries were well beyond ripe and needed to be picked, but he had been so busy with his work as of late that he hadn't had a chance to harvest. It seemed it was good he had, as a Swablu had managed to get past his defender and was attempting to strip the berries from their branches. Josh placed a hand on the Swablu's wing and it began to thrash about, but he took a deep breath, keeping his calm as he straightened their posture and placed them down on the ground calmly. The Swablu was about to either attack or fly away, he wasn't sure, when he pulled out a bit of specially prepared food for Flying Types. That got its attention.

Harvested the Colburs and Passho (Whoops I totally forgot). Planted 3 Colbur Berries this time. Catching Swablu.
