Valerio Dimitri Dachev is a rocket veteran from Kanto and Johto invasions. He hails from Hammerlocke, Galar. Trained to be a dragon slayer, he became an orphan at such a young age, contributing to his decision to finally join Team Rocket. As a member, he specialized training dragon-types and has a whole herd of it before their failed attempt at conquering Johto, killing most of his pokémons except for Genesis and Naua. Valerio went hiatus for two years before coming back to operations, entering Von Klaussner Administration.
