He puts on a cheerful act in-front of his peers but there is something sinister brewing behind his vibrant smile.[break][break] After the massacre of the Dachev Sem'ya, a notorious family of dragon slayers originating from Galar, Valerio, aged seven, worked his way from orphanages to streets and vice-versa in order to survive. Using the skills he learned from being a dragon slayer, he managed to make an identity for himself in the Galarian alleys, which attracted both friends and enemies alike. Being a street urchin entails competition among other groups and individuals to produce food on one's plate. Many depended on Valerio as their older brother; it did not bother him for he knew how it felt without someone looking out for them.[break][break] When Team Rocket members traveled to Galar, few of them saw his potential necessary for the development of the group and they tried scouting him. Valerio refused, at first. What good does chaos give to humanity? Is it for selfish reasons? Is it for personal gains? Valerio survived the streets doing immoral and illegal things, but that did not cloud his judgment in discerning what is good from evil. Until it did.[break][break] Joining the ranks of rocket grunts, he has been with the organization even before their rise in power in Kanto. A formidable swordsman he is, he led a platoon of rocket grunts in the invasion of the region. They succeeded. But this triumph was not reflected in their Johto invasion, causing the organization to be left in scrambles. When the seat of power was transfered, Valerio preferrered to stay in the region for a little longer to train and be acquainted with other dragon trainers like himself.[break][break] Hearing the death of SILAS BLACKWELL and a change of leadership under cadis von klaussner 's ruling, Valerio left Johto for Hoenn to help in reconstructing the organization. He was loyal to Silas, a friend even, but he is more loyal to his principles and beliefs. He is more loyal to the organization.[break][break] OBJECTIVES Most of Valerio's plot-based objectives can be found in the next section. Recently, he has earned one of his goals to become a Team Rocket Beasts, proving how he is still the strong person as he was before. He is close to his mission on completing hbis herd of dragons once more.[break][break] GOALS Valerio's goals include a revolution, a systemic overthrow of the league to rebuild it as a "paradise" of his own definition.[break][break] massacre of the dachev sem'yaValerio's history, as much as he knows too little about it, is heavily tied to the PALADINS OF OBSCURA. Dachev is an infamous household of mercenaries dating back to Galar’s darkest day. They come from a clan of revered dragon slayers originating from the Crown Tundra, sworn to protect the human realms from the ferocious and hostile dragons. Their ancestors speak of a legend of an infernal dragon bringing eternal darkness into the land of Galar and the battle that took place in order to protect the region from further destruction. The elders of the Dachev Sem'ya lay witness to this momentous occurrence and vow to the power of sword and shield. Centuries later, the Dachevs migrated upwards the region before finally settling in Hammerlocke, continuing their customs and traditions amidst people's growing aversion to dragon slaying. They eventually found themselves in other lines of job in order to survive, even doing mercenary works. This led to their fleeting yet imperishable relationship with the Order of Obscura, who often relied on the Dachevs to do their bloody work.[break][break] The Dachevs were considered heroes during their time, protecters of the realm of humans and vanguards of military power. But when pokémon domestication became prominent in the kingdoms, the people's dependence on the Dachevs were soon diminished. Worst, they were even considered barbaric and scoundrel. Time flies and the influence of the Dachevs became a part of the untold legends of Galar. Elders continued passing down their traditions to the younger members of the clan, only to be met with ire and disgust. Not until when their powers were once again needed by the Galarian League, a ginormous dragon deemed threat by the government that even their pokémons cannot vanquish. The Dachevs were successful in driving off the monster, a proof of their undying skill in dragon slaying, but the Galarian Council was not happy about this. Without the people knowing who the true heroes really were, the Council burned their little village at the outskirts of Hammerlocke, whose only survivor is the seven-year-old Valerio.[break][break] THE ARCANE If you know anything about Eternatus, please feel free to hit Valerio real hard. He needs history plots!!![break][break] BLAST FROM THE PAST If you think your character may have that connection from Valerio's past, feel free to bump me with your idea. You could be a relative or a friend of the Galarian League at that time. It is not necessary that they know or have met each other before (especially with him being 38 years old as of the moment and most characters are just in their 20s).[break][break] RIVAL POTENTIAL This plot can also be a potential source for rival. Valerio had no intentions of joining Team Rocket not until the incident. A fire ravaged the slums surrounding Hammerlocke where the League failed to intercept. The city prioritized saving the citizens inside the wall from the raging flames which prompted them to block the only entrance to the Hammerlocke fortress. As a result, a lot of people died by the fire, including his younger brothers and sisters. At that point, he realized the flaw in the system that only prioritized the rich and the well and not people like him. At that moment, he vowed to the souls of his perished "siblings" that he will avenge them by changing the system of humanity with his own definition of happiness and contentment.[break][break]
SCOUTS Be the rocket member that recruited Valerio in Galar. He was recruited when he was 18 years old, so age is indeed a consideration for this part.[break][break]
the invasions
Valerio was a leading elite in the Kanto Invasion. He led and trained a number of grunts to help with the rocket's visions. They were entirely successful. This prestige led him to continue his work during their attempt to replicate in Johto what they did in the neighboring region. As a result, a lot of his pokémons perished in their conquest. Rocket operations continued but relocated in Hoenn; Valerio stayed in Johto to process his mourning over his dead partners and to train even more with his dragon platoon.[break][break]
TRAINEE GRUNTS Being one of the veteran and oldest members of the organization, Valerio has spent a lot of time training with other members. If your rocket character hailed from Kanto and Johto as well, they may have served under his command (or perhaps above him).
GENESIS AND NAUA Valerio's Genesis and Naua are the only ones left after the war. He used all his time in Johto to train these two. You may have bumped with these three during their stay in the region. He was 35 at the time and the timeline still matches so feel free to spitball an idea or two.

MYSTERY EGG Valerio received his dreepy as an egg. When he was invited to enter the Dragon's Den, a mysterious man left him an egg which eventually hatched into the dragon dart pokémon. Feel free to be that person. I have some plots for him.[break][break]

As a newly-appointed beast, Valerio often operates under the best interests of new Rocket Boss, Declan Walsh. He is his eyes and ears in the Rocket HQ and a trusty hireling for all sorts of job. While he believes his reputation alone is the reason of his promotion, he likes to believe the time he spent proving himself with the New Rocket is the one that they consider the most.[break][break]
As a self-proclaimed gay daddy of Team Rocket, Valerio adopts members who are looking for experienced and seasoned coaches in the organization. Valerio is more than willing to guide them: a clingy teacher at best, a possessive brother at worst. And while he has no intention of being a predator and respects other people's boundaries, he is often mistaken as a pervert when he is only trying to be a comic relief. Admittedly, he needs to try hard.[break][break]
TEAM ZERO As his previous teammates are elevated to positions in Rocket's restructuring, Valerio is in need of new grunts and associates to bother doing tasks for Team Rocket.[break][break]
ONE-SIDED HAREM Valerio surrounds himself with boys (okay, maybe even girls) who are his constant company during missions and other errands for the organization. Feel free to be bothered.[break][break]
SHE-NANIGANS When it comes to mischievous and childlike shenanigans, the girls are his partners. You may have noticed him having a dark and uneasy childhood, that is why these kind of activities are his only source of relief.[break][break]
