One of the more frustrating quests in the game was navigating a precarious bridge to Valora, with the goal of delivering an egg to an associate of the quest giver in Avia. Death would result in the player respawning in Avia, much to their chagrin. Aside from the bridge itself, the path towards the recipient was wrought with peril, with filled with precarious paths and dangerous jumps that left no room for error.

This was the perfect place for a certain player to set up shop. After managing to find an alcove to camp in, one that gave him a good vantage point of one of the more dangerous parts of the path, PKLightning420 just watched as people attempted to cross. From there, he would impede their progress by burning certain parts of the path with Flamethrower, forcing them to take an alternate route, that would result in him either freezing the ground with Ice Beam to cause them to slip to their deaths, if not outright sending them flying with a well-timed Psychic Blast.

With each player he sent back to Avia, with each bit of hatemail he received, the griefer found himself enjoying each moment more. Eventually, his fun would come to an end, this he knew, but he would make the most of this area.

[attr="class","goro"] mastering the tutorial had proven easy, if not simple, and gave goro a good idea on how to employ his avatar's unique skillset. now it was time for the hunter to find their prey and who better to troll than a camper. they had been warned not take the egg quest because a griefer was camping people who tried to cross a bridge. so, of course, goro happily accetpted the quest and went off to find said bridge.

and they did. it was no terabithia but it would do, they presumed. so they moved to cross it, the egg in lamb's hand as wolf's spectral body followed behind. there was a method to their madness, because at a moment's notice, they would use phantom force should they be attacked, and if not - would use it to appear on the other side of the bridge just to be showy. to be cocky. to prove, this was their game.

_Togekill_ stared at the bridge, at her sword, and then at her surroundings.

In the distance, someone was already crossing, and they were close to the other side. With Goro Shimizu 's back facing her, Bailey let bloodlust and impatience eat away at her resolve.

A DM message flared across her screen, but she chose to ignore it as she activated clangorous soul, followed by a war cry as she charged across the bridge with her sword raised.

[attr="class","spiral"] Like Rikiya, Fernando remains in one of the many alcoves of the cliff-side that oversee the bridge into Valora. A bird's eye view over the high traffic area leads to easy PK baiting and he's down for a long campaign of preying on easy targets. He's yet to claim any victims so far, only recently arriving, but he sets up camp.

His game map displays all visible players and he keeps an eye over his partner. Prone and otherwise invisible to those below, he aims the narrow muzzle of his pistol over the edge and onto Goro. He doesn't fire yet, but he remains in place to aid Bailey should the need arise.

A silent whisper is sent to Bailey's console and left for her eyes only in her private party chat.

Rikiya would watch as a Rogue would cross the bridge. The griefer would simply watch as he used Phantom Force to make his way across the bridge. But what surprised him was a warrior charging at the Rogue, activating Clangorous Soul, before attacking him. With a wicked grin, Rikiya took the moment to grab a rock with Psychic, and attempted to fling it at the Ranger, attempting to divide his attention.

This was going to be a bad day for the Ranger for sure, and even if the Warrior turns against him, this gank would be worth it.

[attr="class","goro"] it was a slim bridge of ice and snow, of course they heard the heavy metal knight approaching - but they continued forward anyhow. it wasn't until someone hurled a rock at them did their PHANTOM FORCE activate. the rock passed through a puff of pixelated shadows with their eerie laugh echoing from the canyon below the bridge.

they reappeared in swirling shadows on the opposite side of the bridge, near the npc - whom goro quickly turned in the egg to.

QUEST: COMPLETE!

they locked eyes with the knight and... sent wolf hurtling towards the knight. the spectral wolf bombarded Bailey Cooper with a PHANTOM FORCE poofing due to LONG REACH and manifesting next to lamb again. "suckerz."
