Today was a sunny day.

Selena was tending to her garden together with Tue, her Audino. She saw how her pokémons bond together in the luscious environment. Queztal is playing with Pomono, while Raijin, her yamper, was busy playing with Calliope the Kirlia. Medusa and Circe were also bonding together by training each other, cautious to prevent themselves destroying the garden with their powerful moves.

"Slow down Rai, you'll be messing with the berries!"

“Raijin, you can’t just eat treats when you’re not even doing any tricks!”

Yampers were said to be docile creatures. These dogs were said to be highly-trainable and domesticated. Selena wondered what was with her Raijin that could not listen to any of her command.

”Okay, scratch that ‘roll over’. Let’s try something simple, alright? How about a fist bump?” Selena showed him her fist but then the dog put his paws over it. Again. “Fist bump, like you’re balling your paws them bumping into mine!” And he did it again. “We’re done for the day and you can have all these treats if you could just give me a bump.”

And guess what? The yamper just fist bumped his trainer.

Why gardevoir is an ideal video game partner was something Selena would not understand having. She was told before that it was a telepath thing. Circe is also a psychic-type but it never learned how to smash buttons.

Perhaps that was why Calliope and Selena was teaching the delphox how to play.

”It doesn’t matter where you hit: it’s you hitting that matters. That’s the concept of hitboxes.” Selena began. They were using the VR gaming console that was left unused after the B&B fiasco. “And after hitting, you need to be wary of the frame advantages.”

The delphox was very passionate about learning—so imagine its frustration when Raijin the yamper and Pomono the meganium started running around her room and stomping on the VR machine, causing it to explode. Circe lifted the wand from her mane and chaos inside the Desmarais residence began.

Selena did not expect Raijin to be very helpful in tending the garden. Its overwhelming energy proved useful in weeding out unwanted grasses in the garden and rowing the soil to plant more flowers. Perhaps this was Raijin’s one and only purpose.

And yet the chasing of the yamper and the meganium continued. This time, the umbreon Lucifer was joining the group. Selena was so close to calling Astrape to immobilize the three until audino appeared with a basket of sandwiches, attempting to sooth his trainer’s mind

It has been so long since Selena tends to her garden. Her fingers play with Pomono's head as she checks each one of her salacs that are starting to grow.

”You sure make a good job, my cute meganium.” The pinkette cuddles the creature as her flower glows with the berries, NATURAL GIFT making them even riper than they already are. “I think it's time for harvest now, isn't it?”

Selena begins to take out the gigantic piece of ham from the oven as all her canines and felines prepare for a feast. The entire room is filled with the aroma of pinap, lingering in the air making her pokemons' mouth water.

Raijin tries to get a piece for himself first but Selena immediately glares at the mischievous boltund before he settle back in his seat.

Selena asks Calliope who is sitting by her office window, watching as the dark night glistens with the spark of snowflakes. Only by going near it does she realize that what she mistakens for is actually the scales from a fleet of frosmoth migrating for the winter.

The boltund and the umbreon are brawling over a piece of muffin the other hounds decide not to finish. It is not like Selena's been cutting down their food for the past few days. It is just that everyone loves this snack and she is unfortunate that day not to be early to buy boxes for her pokemons.

The pinkette just watches them stress over the fact but of course she knows the two are accustomed with one another. She just hopes no one is injured like the last time.

These EVOLUTIONS of eevee are the bestest of friends and Selena knows it. She enjoys seeing them playing together with Raijin who often mistakes himself as a fellow eeveelution despite how many times she is telling him that he's a boltund and not a jolteon. And everytime it glowers at her, she just snorts than walks away.
