Maybe those days in front of the shrine finally paid off, she didn't know whether it was the bowing or the company her Pokemon provided, she didn't even know what type of divine providence it was, but she was grateful. Whatever it was that let her stay just a little longer, she had to be grateful. Just how was she even supposed to repay that kind of favor? [break][break]

"No. I don't know how to contact her...she's a journalist, I'll find her...I think a phone call from me would scare her." A phone call from a dead person? Showing up in person was the best bet to be believed. Given the opportunity, though, she took the card Alexei offered. Today didn't go the way she had wanted, but she had an idea of everything. She had died, her Pokemon were scared because they couldn't believe she was alive again (mental wounds were going to take longer to heal), and Muspel would have to get training for flying from experience. She had to talk her leader, she had to give information, get information. "I'm going to need to talk to the Head Ranger...they need to know I'm alive."

At the mention of the Head Ranger, there was this look that flashed into Alexei’s eyes for the briefest of moments. The small smile from before threatened to come back in a much bigger form, but he had to keep his cool.[break][break]

“Oh, wait—here,” he offered as he fished out his phone from the back pocket and tapped a few things on the screen before sliding it open and handing it to her. “Place your number in, and I’ll most likely send you a message later so you’ll know it’s me,” he went on.[break][break]

While waiting for the device to be returned to him, he was also thinking of contacting him as well—how was he going to react when he found out that the person he thought had died was actually… alive? Like nothing happened?[break][break]

“Do you—do you want me to contact him for you and let him know in advance that you’re arriving, or would you rather just turn up at his place? I’ll send you the address once I have your number,” he continued.
