Abner complained, which was not normal for him, as they walked the hot ass streets of the lower district.

This was seriously some midsummer madness kinda bullshit.

They were searching for some more rare pokemon so that rocket could get their hands on them. He was pretty sure Marcel had other reasons for venturing out but, hell, how was he supposed to know?

"Why's it so damn hot in the summer?"

He was already mumbling the comment while getting out his phone and texting giada morgan to head over to his house in a few hours or so, because he was going to throw up a pool to cool off from this adventure with Marcy.

Abner complained, but a familiar noise had him blinking his eyes and looking toward it. He quickly pulled back from the wall and looked up toward the roof with widened eyes, pointing at the pikachu before tossing out his garchomp.[break][break]

"Pikapika!" Abner made a face at himself. The fuck?![break][break]

Good thing was, Gar seemed to understand. She was leaping up and giving the pikachu a

dragon rush

, knocking the poor thing on the ground. It tried to retaliate with a

thunderbolt

but ended up being met by Gar who jumped from the building and landed atop the pikachu with a

dual chop

After throwing a pokeball at the pikachu, he grinned over at Marcel, like he was expecting applause or something.

Basic ass questions. Did that make Abner a basic ass? His ass was not basic, so he decided to take offense. Mostly, he was too hot to hold true to his offense though, and quickly groaned in response to the fact that he had to walk over and retrieve the pikachu he'd successfully captured.[break][break]

Gar takes to sniffing the ground, hunting out her next pray. When she finds a tuft of blonde hair from an Alolan dugtrio, she decides to blow a

dragon rage

at it, purple like flames of energy swirling about the steel/ground type.[break][break]

Annoyed that it was disturbed, it uses an

iron head

to try and persuade the garchomp to leave it be. It doesn't work. Gar's instead insulted, and uses a

slash

in retaliation. As if to add insult to injury, it doesn't have much effect, and the Alolan dugtrio decides to

dig

into the ground.[break][break]

"You dumbfuck, normal types don't have effect on steel types."[break][break]

Abner's scolding only has the garchomp snorting and wishing she knew earthquake. She attempts a

dual chop

, breaking the ground beneath her. It reveals the Alolan dugtrio, but only for the

dig

to hit. Infuriated, the garchomp uses a

sand tomb

and let's out a triumphant screech.[break][break]

"You have serious issues Gar."[break][break]

Given his grin as he throws the pokeball, he doesn't mind how strange she is. Instead, he seems proud, attempting to capture the Alolan dugtrio.
