HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

kyle carries around a box that contained his electrike on one arm. there's been sounds of whimpering inside, but it doesn't bother kyle one bit as he continues to search for his objective.

"where are the junk appliance when i need them," kyle mutters to himself before he realizes he has someone to rant to now. "you live here, right? where are they?" he asks the electrike in his box.

a bark comes from inside the box, indicating that the electrike was still alive. at least it's trying to communicate to kyle instead of being a shithead that doesn't play nice from the start.

a zebstrika comes by and kyle holds his breath. he doesn't want to startle it since he's aware that his first action from impulse would be to throw the box containing the electrike away so he can grab a pokeball to defend himself with.

the zebstrika passes, but the next pokemon they come across gets kyle's interest.

"ooh, i can use that."

he gently places the box containing his electrike on the floor and shakes the rotom out of his phone. "confuse ray," kyle orders it as soon as it uninhabited the electronic.

flashing lights were released by the rotom to the magneton passing by. kyle lobs a pokeball at it the moment it finds itself in a daze and hits itself on the wall multiple times.

the sound of metal clanging echoes throughout the entire place.
