They're relying on muscle memory on what path to take, cutting corners through trial and error. While the others get into position, his Marill lets out a resounding BELLY DRUM.

Once the bell sets, Fernando hurls the Pokemon at the first target, long having learned that this 'legal' technique will shave seconds off the time while preserving his own Pokemon's stamina.

Another day, another attempt at attacking. Oscar sent out Zule the chandelure once again, now a master over all courses. She flexed her spindly arms to Psych Herself Up. She peered to the first target as she floated over, and it burst under the pressure of her gaze. Every target on this course knew their fate. All crumble before the might of Zule!

Oscar stayed back as Zule rampaged, he knew this routine by now. Barely a point in staying near when she was so quick already, might as well take it easy.

At this point, both Katherine and her Poliwhirl knew the course by heart.

The water-type isn't asked to use BELLY DRUM, but instead, He simply executes it as soon as they arrive. His strength is amplified at the cost of his stamina, and a loud sound resonates across the course to announce such a thing. "Just don't push it too far, this is our third time here." And she certainly hoped it'd be the last, considering the strain Poliwhirl was putting himself under.

Although the four of them have yet to work together, each person has the level of cohesion of a well-rounded amateur team. It stems from their familiarity of the course which makes filling in for each other even easier. Without warning, Fernando picks up his discard Marill, catching up to their last leg, and placing an arm on Katherine's shoulder. Using her added weight as a fulcrum, he hoists his Marill forward and continues to use the Pokemon as a projectile.

Oscar watched Fernando's er--strategy. A man after his own heart, that was the kind of ridiculous cartoon shenanigans that will rocket this team to the top! Oscar was happy to witness these proceedings, though Zule didn't seem to notice nor care. How could she when she was plowing her fragile ghost body through rocks and logs. It really shouldn't be possible, but thanks to that Psych Up she felt as strong as a Machamp. Well maybe not as strong but for sure stronger than the average chandelure.

Stormy shouts and her own Pokemon helps both soften the ultimate crash and burn of the Pokemon, as well as help launch the Pokemon forward off of his broad shoulders. He was like the stepping stone for Fernando's Pokemon's destructive behaviour.[break][break]

Meanwhile, Darmanitan continues to smash whatever gets in his way.[break][break]

A blink occurs then and there, a moment before his own water-type is thrown like a ball. "Do you always throw your pokemon around this way?" Something tells her to not put it past him. Fortunately, Stormy's Darmanitan ensures that no harm comes to the Marill.

Oscar is close enough to hear the exchange between Fernando and Katherine but far enough that he had to kinda yell his add-on, "It builds character! Look at the blue squirt, it's loving it!" Oscar had no idea if the marill was enjoying itself or not but he felt like it should. If he were a pokemon, being chucked through objects seemed like one of the better activities a trainer could put him through.

Zule was, I dunno breaking shit. She's done this a few times it wasn't exactly a challenge at this point. She helped where she could, smashed anything near her, basic performance shit blah blah blah.

Did the water-type enjoy this treatment or did they hate it? It mattered little in the grand scheme of things, since even if the pokemon spoke up and claimed to like this - Katherine would still find it to be unnecessary.

Judging others was a good pastime in her book.

Undoubtedly not but it doesn't have much of a choice. The most it can do is relish in the pampering Fernando will provide it after this is all said and done. Hopefully, it won't have to leave its Pokeball for another few months.

The Marill never looks back to the trainers. Instead, it leaps through a paper wall, dead set on finishing to course to free it from this labor.

Oscar once again butted in, "Besides, if they can't handle this how are they gonna handle a real fi-" Zule had attacked a large log as Oscar began talking, and by the time he reached the end of his sentence a splintered chunk of that log flung itself right into Oscar's face. Oscar was knocked to his butt, dazed and rather confounded. He steadily got up, trying not to look to embarrassed.

"See? Builds character. Shit that hurt." Oscar rubbed his sore face as he moved forward. Zule meanwhile had begun taking on a massive boulder blocking the finish line. What, did they run out of steel walls? Whatever, it was hard to break. She'll have to take her time getting through it.
