With these new flowers appearing around the region, and mint frost having taken one of his experimental Pokemon as payment Pryde figured he would go out for a stroll and see what it could bring him. See if the Pokemon was also effected by the flower because if so it could be useful later on.

With new things appearing in Hoenn Pryde was more than curious to take a look at them himself. Thankfully now he has built a new arm for himself so he feels better about going around the region again and going investigating with people he's not as familiar with, such as Admin Martín del Mar. As the other ask about it the older man decides to get closer as he lifts up part of his jacket to reveal up to his forearm for his Rotom Arm. After a part of it comes out of it as it gets closer to the crystal as if gives it a scan and tries to do a search as if it were Reserve Google Image. [break][break]

"It does seem to have an odd energy to it, and sadly I don't recall seeing it from the tree however considering the time space distortions," because he doesn't want to used the other way, "maybe its something lingering? Something from the past and rather than it disappearing something is causing them to stay?" he gives a theory as the Rotom continues to analyze.

Pryde just watches as the Lucario tries to strain herself in keeping up the form. Caring little about any pained it caused her, though after hearing the nickname Pryde wonders if Gavin felt any pity for it. Though he nods toward the Underboss' direction to show his gratefulness.[break][break]

Though at the accusation the older man gives an tilt of his head. Possibly not used to the other just denying a request of his as he isn't used to having to justify himself to Gavin of all people. But the other's position has changed through the years and it seems more inconvenient to break that connection rather than just work with it. "As I said, the blood clones caused a large problem and now I need to rebuild one along side other duties as I can't trust anyone else in the lab with this task, surprisingly doing things with one arm is hard" the last bit is said in a jest as the old man gives a small chuckle. When he looks up he would notice pokemon he is not that familiar with. Though its structure was, purhaps another of these 'variant' pokemon that come only form these distortions.[break][break]

Subject 1 is quick to move and attempt to use an AURA SPHERE only to have it go right through the white pokemon. [break][break]

Seems like no one has any real courage to go out of the norm when betting, all choosing to play it safe leading this to be a slightly disappointing round. Though some of these faces were still new so maybe it would take time to just warm up with the group. Oh well. [Break][break]

Poor Rowan Wrynn, and Martín del Mar had nothing but their pair on the table, while Cillian Quinn and ryuuzaki amemiya at least had two pairs. The bar owner at least had a fun little 3 of a kind. "Not bad, maybe a few more rounds and maybe you could try and come out even," he chuckles as he collects the cards with his one good arm. For now just enjoying the game rather than discussing business. [Break][break]
