Raphael was a tad bit nervous. While working in the Rocket Labs was something he had rather be doing over field work, since joining Rocket the organization has put him on edge. Though it was a feeling at least, something he hasn't felt before the organization and he was determined to keep it. [break][break]

Okay, he's well shaven, hair brushed back, glasses are clean. Raphael goes through his mental list yet again before he takes a deep breath. This was about as good as it was going to get. So finally after probably a few minutes of him just standing in front of the too nervous to just go in right away. [break][break]

As he enters its clear how new he is as he is unfamiliar with everyone here. He was just told to report to this lab, Raphael looks round the entrance only seeing one person who didn't seem as busy as the others. Were they waiting? "Morning," he greets for now, "I'm Raphael Pryde, I was told to come here for Dr.Hargrove?"

"Of course not, I'm far from being someone to tell you you can't do a job because of injuries," he is quick to clarify. Though he shows no remorse for his comment. "I have just come to learn that when dealing with ghost its best to have all senses at their fullest," as if to give an example he looks to the rotom on his arm and gives a whistle. Leaving the man's prosthetic for just a moment and in a second the water from the sinks turn on before Rotom returns to his arm as programed to do so. [break][break]

"Ghost are quick to move, and can and will create many distractions to trick any of your senses," he is informative. He knows a ghost problem when he hears about them. Though as if on cue the sinks stop, this time with no interference of his own. Creeks in the pipes could be heard around them as well as what seemed to be childish laughter.

With Pyroar already on the prowl thanks to the previous fight with the Inkay, this time the target he had been looking for couldn't easily get away. A HYPER VOICE flips the bug and prevents it from quickly getting away. Stuck on land, it wiggles to try and WIMP OUT but it will not escape again. With an INCINERATE the bug is knocked out cold as it lands into the water allowing Pryde to try and capture the pokemon with his final Safari Ball.

It didn't take the observational skills of a scientist to figure out the other had the problem with sight. Especially if she had to ask if his arm was a gun. Why come here if she couldn't see something so close up? Though its not like he was going to question an admin for now. [break][break]

"Like I could dare to pull a gun out on one of our admins," he chuckles his voice light and playful to ensure the other he means no harm. Well not to her at least, "I am Raphael Pryde, I'm here to help with the noise problem. [break][break]

Should you be here in your condition?" there isn't any pity for the other. He knows he doesn't want it when it comes to his missing arm, and so he won't show her any if she feels herself comfortable there.

"If you say so," he replies back not entirely interested in the other's 'god.' Though as he thinks back to the Lugia that now traveled with Cillian Quinn, maybe he should start taking the beliefs in these legends more seriously. "Pokemon Biology is where I specialize in, but I dabble here and there wherever I am needed." He'll move over to a new desk seeing a book that seemed a bit more legible than most. Somehow slightly surviving the harsh conditions. The sudden movement in the shadows goes unnoticed at first. "What of you? Besides spreading the word of your god, what else do you do?" he ask as he opens the book, curious. [break][break]

He pauses as the speaker systems in the room seem to come back to life despite there being no power. ~M̷̩͕͊͊̑.̶̡̓̀.̴̼͋.̵̝̗̿.̵̩͓̮͋̀̈́m̴̳͂y̴̢͗͌̓ ̸̥̿w̸͇͇̲̿̚-̴̮̀́w̶̳͕̪̒̉o̸̾͜ͅǫ̶̗̓͐͘r̶̦͝k̷͓̅͌̚~ a distorted voice creeks out. Though its disforestation make it near impossible to understand. That is when a Cofagrigus could come from the shadows in an attempt to grab at the living scientist. However Pryde's rotom get's to work activating in his defense as it uses DISCHARGE to first make the ghost back off in pain. [break][break]

After it would have tried again, but this time Jellicent gets in the way using WATER PULSE before following up with NIGHT SHADE. Once more the speakers seem to crackle as if it wanting to say something, but Pryde cared little for it's words. A pokeball is tossed to have the ghost to become another pawn to work for him.

While he expected grunt work to happen when he transferred over to Hoenn, Rapheal hardly found himself bothered by the idea of it. It made him have to use his arm in ways normal exercise wasn't going to give him. So when asked to look into the noises of the baths most of Rocket had abandoned because they were scared of some superstitious noises he had no problems. He had been dead inside for so long ghost were attracted to him. [break][break]

With his arm lit up thanks to the Rotom in his prosthetic, he is checking the area seeing what he could find. His Rotom makes a noise and his arm forces him to turn around as it stops the woman from approaching =HALT= the rotom would speak in warning. Raphael would look the other up and down to take them in.[break][break]

While he's never met her face to face the once head scientist did make sure to look into those in charge of this Rocket, both name and description. And the odd complexion of the other was more telling then anything else, "Emma Wolfe I assume?" he decides to question. Might as well get familiar. "Down," he would order after so his Rotom would give him back control of his arm to put down.

With another Inkay out on the attack Pryde gave a snap of his fingers to allow Pyroar to do her thing. It wasn't long for them to leave the poor thing on the ground in to continue going.

It was as if some force in the universe hated him. Yet he'll keep going, wait until he can get his target or until a 5th hour. One of the other would come up.

He doesn't know what kind of games these fish are playing, but he's not interested. Let the school play around, he is done with such childish things. Eventually he'll find a worthy bug he's looking for.

It seems like there is much more Wailmer here than he has anticipated, but he is patient, and he'll keep searching until he gets what he wants. He snaps his fingers to call off his Pyroar as this was not their target.

Like the others the fish didn't catch his attention. While he knows that the small fish is capable of dangerous things when its able to call it's friends, he has no interest in a pokemon that requires 'friendship' for battle.

"Can't say I think science will bring us closer to some supposed 'god,' but as one of Kanto's Former Head Scientist I do enjoy getting answers to the unknown," he comments as he continues to search the lab. Pausing as he steps into some odd sand. All to see it try to wrap around his foot making the old man snap his fingers. Jellicent knows it's place and aims a NIGHT SHADE at the Sandygast that dared try to attach itself to it's master. [break][break]

After Pryde would use a pokeball in order to capture the sandcastle, before looking to one of the desk, most its notes to old and water damaged to make out.
