Despite knowing that he wouldn't be able to be apart of the labs for a bit, Pryde still made it a point to visit. Even spoke with one of his old men Yuan Wright. The man was an infuriating genius to say the least but it got him info about the simple ins and outs of what was going on. It's what got him the other's ID to allow him a chance to see the going ons for now. [break][break]

Its how he found himself in an almost empty. Red eyes narrowed as at this hour no one but the Head Scientists should be here. Though who he saw he is very much sure isn't the head scientist as the resembled more of a red gremlin than anything else. He silently walks over and it doesn't take him long to notice that this is a copying of data and he is quick to reach out and remove the data device with his metallic arm.[break][break]

"Its always a good way to get to know people," he comments, its why he always invited his own people to games. Get to know them better, get a chance for him to grow on them. And also get them to trust one another because the last thing he wanted was people in his labs ruining something because of their pettiness. [break][break]

"It would be too suspicious for all of these cameras to suddenly be going out. But if we were to have access to them ourselves, control the feeds," he smiles at the other hopes he gets his drift before he gets a few more out to give to the Father. "Just have one of your pokemon open the camera and place the chip in, and then the league's eyes would be our own," because Pryde was always one to prepare for things.

Pryde can't help but chuckle at the conversation of the two. How cute the Rotom thinks that in the end it would have a choice in the matter. Rotoms followed a program in the end, so as long as you had the know how and the tools to properly program the object the rotom was going in. A choice wasn't an issue. "Indeed, we create with our hands as well," he comments as the battled continued. [break][break]

As the trainers continued Pyroar kept her guard up, he is able to avoid the first kick, bot not the second. But being within kicking distance allowed for her to be in close. Close enough where she could hopefully use CRUNCH at her opponent's left ankle. Though she would make sure to dig in deep to try and make it impossible for the rabbit to continue fighting this match.

With an Inkay already in his arsenal, one that he found superior in near every way with how they had attempted to hypnotize his Pyroar. So this one wasn't needed. Keep on moving until a better target was found. He was a patient man after all.

It was a pity the other didn't see him as someone to confide into like Raziel once did. While he often pushed there was a reason his son always came back to him before his inevitable break that lead him to leave. Another time then, for now there was a battle to focus on. [break][break]

As if it wants to prove something the Runerigus decides to tank the shadow ball as well. How idiotic but they're rusty so its fine for now. He'll make sure to ensure it doesn't repeat that mistake for the future. For now he whistles and the grudge pokemon's eyes glowed in order to use DISABLE and prevent the other from using the ghost move again. Before it takes a bit of burn damage.

Pryde pays little attention to the man that has come with him, far too fascinated with the abandoned work place. Once sign catches his eye as he moves to the wall, ignoring the fleeing Luvdisc as Pryde lifts his jacket enough for his Rotom to illuminate light from his arm to make things easier to see. "Sea Mauville's 10 slogans for a cheerful and fun workplace. 02. Don't bring Pokémon to your workplace." he reads aloud fascinated. [break][break]

"Are you interested in science at all Father Bill?" he questions, passing the time as they look around. Might as well use more than just their previous mission to get to know the man.

Pryde moves to retrieve the pokeball of the fallen Inkay when a clueless Wailmer comes in and tries to play. Clearly this whale didn't get the message as the man gives a click before a DISCHARGE is released from his arm thanks to his Rotom. The Wailmer is quick to flee, learning it's lessons about humans as Pryde picks up the pokeball and moves on.

When looking into the lore of Hoenn, something spoke to him. An apparent abandoned ship that held a lab. And being a man of science himself he was curious just what had happened and what was worked on. With his Jellicent having brought him here Pryde decides a little exploring is involved. While normally Raphael would jump at the chance for some nice shiny pokemon, he already had one of these in his collection and he doesn't need another. Probably would be nice to compare the two to see which was best in the end, but he was still new to the region and his resources were limited. [break][break]

From the water came lights, seeming to blink. Hypnotizing the pyroar in a way. Raphael pauses when she seems to not be moving. An Inkay from the sea dulling her hunting skills as if out for revenge for what it tried to do. To bad for the Inkay, fighting whether his pokemon wanted to or not was not a choice. [break][break]

Pryde snaps his fingers and like conditions she attacks CRUNCHING down on the psychic pokemon. she would continue to fight until Pryde snaps his fingers once more leaving the inkay in pain in the sallow waters as the doctor walks up. Good enough, he'll drop the safari ball on the Inkay before moving on.
