The woman confirms while crying like a crybaby who just got their candy taken away, but despite all of that she is still able to make a sound judgment which makes Ann realize how dumb she is paralyzed with her own fear. As Yui launches Tri attack on the hiding Grimsnarl, the Pokemon leaps upward trying to evade the attack but Ann decides to stand on her own and decides to retaliate - "Zee, gives em' the world of pain" Ann declares. Zee's eyes glow light blue and it raises its front two paws into the air. Its body then becomes surrounded by a crimson aura. Zee then brings its paws down to the ground and a pink and crimson forcefield of energy appears around Zee's body and expands outward throughout her surrounding and hits the Grimsnarl and shove them to the nearest tree. The momentum made the Pokemon cough in pain and fall down letting out a weak whimper before falling unconscious. [break][break]

"Take that! You dirty bully" Ann shouts in triumphant, "Who says that I am a weak prey, huh!?" Ann's adrenaline is rising up as she gets closer and kicks the unconscious body of Grimsnarl on the ground.

The man leads them back to his house, a rather secluded area with a sole wooden house and a garden filled with various vegetables. His Liepard quickly bolt off and climb the nearest tree, "How much do you need, little girl?" The man asks Ann. Ann tries to think and she decides the amount "Can I have five, please?" With her request, several Apricorn falls from the tree where the Liepard climbs and the Persian caught it from below. The old man gently gives them to her. Ann takes it and smiles "Thank you, old man!" Ann decides to leave quickly not wanting to be around Summer anymore as she waves her hand.

The way she answers her question sounds suspicious, Ann can't help to squint and stare at her judgingly. The way she answers it is as if everything was her doing and she is playing on prank for an unknown reason to her. Even with the additional explanation from her, Ann still thinks that she is suspicious. "Are you sure you didn't see any shadowy figure?" Ann insisted on questioning her, edging her trying to find an answer out of her. Suddenly, there is a rustling voice on the nearest bushes - Ann quickly turns and looks in the direction but she doesn't see anything. She stares at Zee to see if she notices something but she just shakes her head. "Did you see that?" Ann asks Yui once more.

While she was worried about her partner, Gwen quickly handle the Mightyena which forced her to escape with their pups. Due to the worry and fatigue, she doesn't bite back with what Gwen has just said like usual and decides to follow her back to the old couple where a feast has been prepared for them. While she was talking, suddenly an old man appears from between the trees and look at both of them quizzically, "Is there a problem?" He asks while his Persian and Liepard appear from behind. Ann, who quickly notices the identity of the man, starts to ask him. [break][break]

While she was struggling with the birds suddenly her skin starts to tingle due to the cold air starting to envelopes her surroundings. Apparently, she is not the only one who feels it - The Unfezant starts to slow down the strikes and flap their wings restlessly. Feeling annoyed with the cold air that suddenly appears, the Unfezant starts to fly away leaving Ann with her bruises. Ann slowly falls down to the ground and lets out a relieved sigh. Noticing the woman that might or might not have saved her from her previous predicament, Ann starts to call out at her. While she is still defensive toward her but that doesn't mean that she is an ungrateful person - "Ah, thanks... I guess. Would be bad for me if the attack is prolonged" Ann says her gratitude as best as she could to Violet Fairbanks.

The Poochyena starts to show a sign of fatigue due to the accumulation of the damage that Zorua has inflicted to that poor hound. Zorua still sneaks within the tall grass not letting her stare go away from the Poochyena. Zorua's eyes start to glow bright blue and her body is covered with a crimson aura. Zorua slam both of her front limb to the ground and a sphere of crimson aura start to spread and hit the Poochyena making him confused but before he is able to bear a bearing to the surrounding - Zee leaps forward and strikes the Pokemon leaving him faint and got hidden within the tall grass. Zee's body starts to shimmer and her body turns to that Poochyena. [break][break]

Not too far from them, Guinevere Auclair is able to easily subdue the other two Poochyena making the mother howls in anger and start to approach them. Ann takes a step back but stops herself not wanting to move further than that. Before the Mightyena is able to approach them closer - Zee, while assuming the Poochyena's form, comes out and intercepts the Mightyena. She stops for a moment then suddenly she gets angry and shot a dark ball right at Zee making her blasted away and the illusion wears off. A mother won't mistake a cheap illusion like Zee for their own sons after all. "Zee!" Ann exclaims and runs towards Zee and scoops her from the ground and cradles her while she cries weakly. However, once she inspect Zee closer - All she could do is sigh. She drops Zee to the ground and she easily land, she wasn't that injured from the impact and she just pretend to mess around with her trainer.
