When the game returns, you're seated across Admin Walsh at a fancy dinner table. You've impressed Admin Walsh so much that he has invited you to private dinner. In a fine dining restaurant on the upper floors of of Celadon's Department Store, you can see the razed city through the window walls.[break][break]

Despite the dying fires, it's a cold night. You shiver occasionally. Perhaps, it's because of the department store's heating malfunctioning due to collateral damage from the invasion... or the execution you had committed.[break][break]

"This table has the best view of the night skyline in the establishment. Admin Walsh says. A Rocket Grunt arrives to your tableside. "Sorry to trouble you, but can you prepare some hot wine for them?"[break][break]

The Grunt complies and pours you a glass. Admin Walsh takes one too. Both of you make a toast to the future of Team Rocket. The mulled wine warms your body.[break][break]

"Because you did the dirty work for me tonight, you get to choose our entrees." He says. "I'd like to get to you know you better. I'll order what you order."

Despite Admin Walsh's scathing reply, you're sure it could have been worse. You get on your feet. Dust yourself off. You see grunts gathering in front of Celadon Department Store.[break][break]

The Admin brings you to the assembly. Each step you take is marked by the crunch of broken glass. As you get closer, you see a light-haired man, clad in green, floral fabric, forced to his knees. His limbs and torso are wrapped tight by Arbok tail. You recognize him as Celadon's grass-type gym leader.[break][break]

"Hear me, Rocket! Before us, another duplicitous criminal of the Kanto League has been seized. A man known to tend to his garden more than he tends to this region's people. His badges? Withheld unless you are his acquaintance. His battles? Rigged and dishonest." Admin Walsh declares.[break][break]

The gym leader cries out angrily, denying the accusatory list. However, he's swiftly silenced by the tightening of Arbok's WRAP.[break][break]

Admin Walsh turns to you. "I'll give you a second chance to prove your worth." He says. "What shall we do with this deplorable crook?"

WALSH DOES NOT DIGNIFY REMIEL WITH A REPLY. However, the Galarian Prince and Ambassador may have already predicted the cold shoulder to his articulate message of departure. Leaving a crime syndicate after a prolonged career in its administration is no simple ordeal. Rather, it is a messy and violent severance; though, the blood need not run until true termination.

Declan instead, sends a message to all Rockets:

as the lapras chokes, the boss snarls. "TOXIC, then STONE EDGE."[break][break]

the drill pokemon swings its freed tail back. able to balance its large, muscular frame, the brute charges for the mega-evolving lapras with its full weight.[break][break]

from its horn, a TOXIC is lobbed at the lapras before a STONE EDGE tears out from the earth. as the sharp rocks rise, the G-MAX RESONANCE collides with them in a spectacular shower of winter and consecrated earth.[break][break]

clouds of debris erupt between the two pokemon. as they swell and roll away, walsh's nidoking's fallen form is revealed.[break][break]

the rocket boss shakes his head. recalls his nidoking quick.[break][break]

there is little time to spare; the clock is crushing underneath the imminent weight of the meteoroid.[break][break]
