when lulu enters, the rocket boss can be seen perusing a file from Martín del Mar. an image of the meteoroid document he had found at mossdeep. his fingers remain steepled over the report, the paper, and as he peers at lulu with straight-edged eyes, he gestures to an empty seat in front of his desk.

CERI WILL FIND that Deoxys interacts with Killian's flesh and DNA in what is mostly, a positive manner.

It reinforces the flesh. Makes it stronger. Attempts to heal it when it is damaged and so forth. Perhaps, there is some sign that Deoxys is claiming Killian's flesh for its own; however, nothing has permanently bonded yet.

In particular, the symbiote seems to absorb andrenaline, a hormone used in the flight-or-fight response. Further inspection will reveal that Deoxys also seems to be using Killian's phenethylamine, which acts as a central nervous system stimulant in the body.

• depending on killian's bond and emotional stability, deoxys will now be able to fully disengage from killian when needed.

"then you're in good hands, god willing." He says. Squinting his eyes, he appears to stare into Killian himself. "perhaps, as you bond with your alien roommate, you'll learn more of its past. of its dreams. its fears. that will be a special directive for you, decker. learn more."

Walsh pauses.

"but do know. i will always remain wary." His glance shifts, then hardens toward Killian's face like the tip of a rapier. "in your quest to know and befriend, i fear you will become vulnerable in matters of the heart- and mind."

Slowly, Walsh rises, as if to signal waves of conclusion.

The Rocket Boss narrows his eyes.

"Also concerning, is the matter of your health. If Deoxys is sharing its memory with you," he pauses, "then I worry that it is making contact with your brain."
